Our villa is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath Shorewood Villa. Located just steps from the beach, this villa has an extra large balcony with access from both the living room and the master bedroom. The balcony faces the pool and ocean and overlooks a courtyard area with palm trees and luxurious tropical landscaping. Guests have an Atlantic Ocean view over the pool and garden area. On the expansive balcony there is table seating for 6 and 2 additional chaise lounge chairs. The Shorewood complex is located in the highly desirable, South Forest Beach Area, within just minutes of all Coligny Plaza offers, including over 60 shops, restaurants and a grocery store.
This villa has a recently renovated Kitchen and Baths. It features new cabinetry, granite counters, Ceramic tile and new fixtures throughout. There is also a full sized stacked washer and dryer for guest use. The dining area has ample seating, with 6 high back wicker chairs. The villa's main living areas were recently repainted, and it has new laminate flooring in the bedrooms and main living areas, creating a modern, environment. A comfortable queen size sleeper sofa in the living room is provided for additional guests. There is a matching love seat and rocking armchair. A large, 65” flat screen smart TV with DVD is perfect for watching movies after a fun day at the beach. Guests can see the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and the balcony.
The main master bedroom suite has a newly renovated private bath with double sinks, tiled floors and a shower. It features a king bed, a large flat screen TV, and a sliding glass door out to the balcony shared by the living room. Entering the villa, guests will find a hall bathroom on the left with tile and a combination tub/shower. The 2 twin bedroom is located on the left side of the hallway, and has a large flat screen TV. The third large bedroom suite has a king bed, and a large flat screen TV. The private ensuite bath is newly renovated with a shower and tiled floor.
Shorewood is a private, gated community located ocean side on South Forest Beach Drive, Onsite parking is available, including the parking garage under our building.
