Older property but well maintained. Had air condition problem but was moved right away to another unit. Staff friendly. Great location on beach and within walking to restaurants and shopping.

Great location, could be cleaner, better equipped

Great location, near everything, and right on the beach. Check in process easy, though we messaged to see if they had K-coffee maker, never heard back. This unit was functional, but a little worn and dirty. Nothing paper towels and cleaning spray didn't quickly fix. We love to cook, so we're hoping for a better equipped kitchen. Not much cutlery for 6 people, one small measuring cup, no tablespoons or measuring devices, bare-bones kitchen. We used a ladle to estimate our coffee each day. We think this could be a much better unit with a more thorough cleaning, the kitchen especially, while spending $30-50 on making sure the kitchen is cook ready.

Perfect getaway!

We loved our stay at this well appointed condo in Treasure Island. The boardwalk was so nice to go for walks on and stop in at the bars along the way for a drink and listen to the live music and watch the sunset. Everything was close by: breakfast place, ice cream shop, coffee shop and Middle Ground (great restaurant) were all right across the street. The only drawback was that it's quite a long walk to the gulf as the beach is so vast.

Excellent location but


The location is excellent! The view, astonishing! But the apartment is filthy and not well equipped. The good: location, beach front and close to many shops. Valerie in the front desk is always helpful, The bad: filthy, old furniture, old TVs, very old washer/dryer, poor kitchen utensils.

Long weekend getaway

We had a great time over a long weekend visiting from Atlanta. The condo was very cozy with a fantastic view overlooking the beach/water! The location is very close to restaurants/shopping which made for a nice walk without having to drive. Valerie and Bill were both awesome and very helpful sharing information, answering questions and supporting our needs. I highly recommend and we will return!
