Welcome to our modern and spacious loft-style apartment located in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs. This unique space offers a range of amenities, including three bedrooms, sky-high ceilings, exposed brick walls, a rooftop patio, a kitchenette, and a private bar. With its unbeatable location and ample space, it is the ideal accommodation for your stay.

Whether you're looking to celebrate a special occasion or traveling with a group, our apartment is perfect for creating memorable experiences. However, please note that due to its location in the entertainment district, there may be music and noise from the businesses below, particularly on weekends. This vibrant atmosphere makes it an excellent choice if you're looking to enjoy the nightlife, but it may not be ideal if you prefer a quieter environment for early sleep. Rest assured, the apartment is generally quiet when the bar below is not open.

Please be aware that on Fridays and Saturdays, the bars below the unit are open until 2/2:30 am, adding to the lively ambiance. There is noise.
The apartment features a small kitchenette equipped with a countertop oven, drip and Keurig coffee maker, ice machine, electric stovetop, electric tea kettle, and toaster. These facilities ensure that you have everything you need to prepare light meals and enjoy your favorite beverages.

Please note that all guests must be 21 years or older on the weekends, unless accompanied by a parent.

The apartment was extremely clean and stocked with snacks, drinks etc. The location was perfect. Very interesting layout of the apartment with standalone shower dorm style in the kitchenette beyween the toilet room and another bathroom with a sink. Overall it was a noce stay. Host was super quick to respond when we got locked out.

Had a great stay mid-week. The property had plenty of fun for the kids (shuffleboard, dart board) and was centrally located to walk to all the restaurants and shops!

Very cool apartment in the heart of downtown Saratoga.

Fun/hip apartment in a terrific location. Apartment was comfortable, clean and functional. We had a great time and would return again!

We had a fabulous time over the high action Belmont race weekend. There were 8 old friends (4 couples) and it was a great stay. You are right down in the middle of Saratoga's late night fun, close to everything.The loft is super charming. We highly recommend this to friends, or anyone(21 and older) who are looking for a high energy late night Saratoga weekend.

Bachelorette Weekend

This home was everything pictured and more. It was even nicer in person with such a modern vibe . The location could not be more central. It’s walking distance to everything in town and only 10 min from the wineries. The host was awesome and responded quickly to all messages. Worth the stay and I already told my family I want to tho back with them this time.

Perfect for a weekend with friends!

I stayed here over New Year’s with a group of 12. It was spacious and clean. Hillary was so helpful with any questions we had! Not only did this VRBO come stocked with recommendations for fun things to do nearby, it had tons of games for us to play, fresh towels, and even had little snacks out for us on our stay. Highly recommend staying at any of Hillary’s properties!

Perfect location

We are four women who travel together once or twice a year and this year we chose Saratoga. This unit was perfect for us: plenty of room; very clean; conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and bars. We all were very happy here. Parking is a little challenging but there is 24 hour parking about 2 blocks away. Also, figuring out the light switches was an activity 😋. Hilary, our host, was easily accessible. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing Bachelorette pad!

What a great experience for my Bachelorette party. Very spacious, close walk to everything. The girls loved this place & so did I. My husband wish he got it for his bachelor party. I wish we had it longer. Very safe area, lots of room to sleep. Host was accommodating and allowed a large gathering for the bachelorette party. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This is one of the very few large properties in downtown Saratoga Springs, and the only one in the entertainment district. You can walk everywhere in are in the middle of it all. The apartment boasts sky high ceilings, neon signs, shuffleboard & darts. The rooftop patio is the perfect place to relax and catch up with friends!
