Location and amenities were nice. Towels could be replaced in bathroom - very old and scratchy. And no hand towels available at all. Other than that, a wonderful stay.

Great place within a walking distance of beachz

Owner was good at communication. This was my first time staying in a Vrbo place and I was a bit worried but he gave me detailed instructions for the reservation. Not his problem that the person living around the corner was a drunk but I think his living situation there was temporary. It made it a bit difficult to go outside in the dark but other then that they stay was amazing. Jacksonville was beautiful and inviting. Will definitely be staying again.

Short Trip

The owner was very nice . I was not aware upon booking that he lives in the upper level. For me that’s a little awkward . There was a lot of road construction going and we were woken up by heavy machinery right outside our window. Not the owners fault, but a tad bit annoying. Over all we did enjoy our stay and the place was very clean . I would say one major drawback was there was only one bathroom and it was located in one of the bedrooms so you had to walk through where someone would be sleeping to get to the bathroom.

2025 Birthday Celebrations

Most perfect little 2 bedriom cozy place with the beach just around the corner. So easy to take care of and clean up after ourselves. Close access to so many things both within walking & or driving distance. I would love to return to this place soon & our host was very pleasant, helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay & look forward to doing it again. Very affordable, clean and convenient to so many things. Thank you Daniel for being such a wonderful host.

Location, location, location

Short walk to a beautiful beach and restaurants, stores etc.This beach is beautiful! Part of my review is not the owner's fault as their road was all torn up because of construction. I do think the listing needs to be more clear because it describes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, but is not clear that the one bath is directly off one of the bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom guests need to go through the other bedroom to get to the bathroom. We worked around it but not all people could. The unit itself is older and small, the kitchen can not have more than one person in it. I would recommend this as a comfortable, reasonable place to stay if the one bath off one bedroom works for your group.

Great Off Beach Rental

The beach is a 5-10 minute and it's very close (driving and walking distances) to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. and the airport is not too far. Property manager's communication was impeccable. Will definitely look here first when I return to JAX. Go JAGS!

Cute Accommodations a block from the beach.

This property was perfect for our holiday. Just as described. Small but very comfortable and clean. Everything you need is there. We were able to make some meals. Great storage in each room with dresser, shelves and hangers. Host was available for any questions. Location was perfect. A block from the beach and lots of nice restaurants all walkable. Would highly recommend.

Easy walk to the beach!

The ground floor apartment was cozy. The host made every effort to make us welcomed. He was quick to answer our questions. The beds were comfortable. He had provided all the essentials we needed for our stay. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk. Who could ask for more than that?!

Great little beach house

Our host Daniel was a really great man he communicated with us thru our whole stay. The house is stocked really well and walking distance from the beach and several great restaurants.

Vacation

This was the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the beach. Our stay was the perfect ending to vacation and before our girls moved away to college. Daniel, the owner, is a great person. Very knowledgeable of the area, available to answer any questions when needed. We will definitely book again!

One Block Over

Cute,Clean,and Comfortable is what you get here. Make sure you park with the flow of the traffic on the street or you will get a $25.00 ticket 😔. Close to a lot of great places. The beach was just refurbished and the sand feels like powder.

Location and cleanliness

This place made my trip so much better than I expected. It was the perfect size for a two night stay, very clean, comfortable, and oh my gosh when they say a block away from the ocean they mean it! It was so nice waking up and walking over to the beach. There’s also free parking around the corner so when it was too hot I just drove around. Very easy to communicate with and simple check in and check out process. I would 1000% stay again.

We bought this property in 2004 and rebuilt it from the studs, because it had such potential to be a darling little beach house, and it is SO very close to the ocean!
