Maison de plage confortable proche de toutes commoditĂ©s. Deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons d'une belle plage de sable blanc. Vous adorerez l'emplacement, le confort et les Ă©quipements. La maison est entiĂšrement meublĂ©e avec des tĂ©lĂ©visions Ă  Ă©cran plat dans toutes les chambres. CĂąble Premier, Internet haute vitesse (60 Mbps). Une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Appels illimitĂ©s aux États-Unis et au Canada. Une chambre dispose d'un bureau avec une imprimante laser. Grande cour arriĂšre clĂŽturĂ©e privĂ©e. This is a beautiful, CLEAN home, just a short walk to the beach! We used the two beach chairs daily, and the beach umbrella came in handy for extra hot days. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals or eat takeout at the house. The bathroom towels were plush, with extras to keep us from needing to do laundry. The quiet and peaceful street was a huge perk, and we felt safe walking along the streets in the evening, to and from the several dinner options within walking distance. Cafe de Paris Bakery is a MUST local breakfast stop, just a block away, whether it's for coffee, tea, pastries, or a delicious breakfast quiche or crepe. We'd love to stay again in the future and enjoy this relaxing, cozy, cute home.

Fantastic Stay!

We enjoyed 6 nights in this rental with our family of 4. We arrived on our flight and the hosts were very kind and allowed us to check in several hours early. Everything was clean and some starter essentials like dish pods, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper were available. The best part was the location
it took us about 2 minutes to walk to the beach and because it’s further from the downtown area this section of beach was far less crowded. There were also several good restaurants very close and many others about a 5-10 minute walk away.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our long weekend with family in Indian Rocks Beach. The house is in a great location - a short walk to the beach, several restaurants and cafes. We'll be coming back!

Just as described, great location, great communication

We were visiting family a few streets away, so basically slept and ate a quick breakfast there. Beds were fine, kitchen nice, had everything we would need if we actually used the house more! Nice place, nice location, good communication from owners. We would there again.

Great time

We have been coming to Indian Rocks for about 5 years and this place was walking distance to everything we love to do. We can walk to pickleball, the beach restaurant and watch the sunset every night. Having outdoor space was nice also.comfortable and clean.

The house is super clean, in a great neighborhood and has everything you need. Close to great restaurants and the beach. We used it as our home base for spring training baseball games.

Perfect Location

Another great stay!

This was our second time renting the property and we had a wonderful time again! The home was very clean and includes everything you could need. The property manager is great at communicating and gives you plenty of information about the home prior to your arrival. We will definitely be renting again!

Nice Get Away

We had a nice vacation over Christmas. We love this area and Indian Rocks Beach! It is a laid back area with a cozy vibe. The people are nice and it is very family friendly. It is kind of like going back in time. There are certain shops and restaurants we are sure to include upon return. This is our third stay near IRB! Elkin had the cottage very clean and organized. He had everything you needed in the kitchen, as we ate in most of the time. It is very close to the wonderful beach we love. Thank you for a nice stay. Our week sped by and we appreciate the extra touches to make our stay special.

We have a friend with a property in the same area, and since the very first time we visit Indian Rocks Beach we felt in paradise. We decided to buy a property walking distance from the beautiful white sandy beach and every time we stay in the house we wish we can stay there longer. Our son really love playing in the water.

Location and amenities are the best benefits of this house. The house is just 3 minutes walking from the beach. The neighborhood is quite, safe and peaceful. We keep everything in the house in good condition. We try to have in the house everything needed to enjoy vacations: a clean place, a kitchen well equipped. High Speed Internet, HDTV in each room, premium cable, a desk with a laser printer in case you needed. A high chair and a Play Yard for a baby. The house have a large back yard with a patio and a charcoal BBQ.
