Come get away to this river retreat just outside of Lakewood Ranch. This property has three separate rental units on it. The Cottage has a single bedroom and all the amenities you need for a relaxing and also adventurous vacation. You are not going to want to leave! This amazing property sits right on Braden River and next door to Linger Lodge. All units have access to the lower deck/dock on the river as well as outdoor seating, games, and grilling.

Little cottage

Very nice, near a river we had a roach in kitchen sink, and some tiny red spider on floor by bef. But bugs are everywhere. Place was clean and in order. Neatly arranged for space.

Cute, Cozy, and Quiet

My partner and I were in town visiting family and friends and wanted a space with privacy that was less expensive than a hotel. This tiny cottage is very sweet and cheery; I love the Florida theme. Perfect for one or two travelers.

Small, quiet, just perfect for one or two people. Lots of amenities and even extras I was not expecting (water in the fridge, sunscreen, insect repellent, lotion) Restaurant nearby is wonderful. Very happy with this place. Will stay again.

Peaceful garden retreat

We loved the outdoor space and the patio overlooking the Braden river. Cottage was cozy and comfortable. We were in town for a church convention and will definitely stay here again.

WONDERFUL!

Location is very peaceful and quiet, the cottage was super CLEAN, and the bed was absolutely perfect. I’ve stayed at a few different places while on this trip, and the Braden River Cottage was perfection at its best. I slept better here than at any of the other locations I’ve stayed at for all the reasons mentioned above. Thank you!

Tight for two

Nice place right across from an RV park. Space was cramped for two adults. Nowhere to put luggage except in a closet with the door that made it hard to get into. Be Basically one large room Including a kitchen. Well stocked kitchen, and some extras like a small cooler for day trips, reclining chair, and sleep number bed.

Cute Cottage

Enjoyed our stay in this little cottage that had everything a couple could need to make the stay comfortable. The location is quiet and peaceful on the Braden river, with a fun local restaurant within walking distance. Short distance to beaches, golf, and shopping.

Great little getaway!

We stayed here while participating in the first Suncoast Bike for MS fundraiser ride for the National MS Society. It was a peaceful place to sleep the night before, and relax after the ride. Cozy and comfy, and near enough to lots of food and activities, but not too close!

Lovely Florida cottage

The cottage is perfect for a couple or single on a Florida getaway to the Bradenton area. It's in a safe, quiet neighborhood; kayaking within walking distance. Ten minutes to shopping and most of Lakewood Ranch.
