Adorable Bradenton Cottage Minutes de la plage ou du centre-ville de Sarasota ou Bradenton

Cet adorable chalet est parfait pour ceux qui cherchent à rester dans une petite maison! Notre 1 chambre, 1 salles de bain maison est située à 5 miles de l'aéroport et à 10 miles SRQ aux plages de sable blanc du Golfe.
Pour ceux qui cherchent à rester dans une maison privée qui est de la taille d'une suite d'hôtel, ce gîte est fait pour vous. Pourquoi rester dans un hôtel entouré par de nombreux autres clients, quand vous pouvez rester dans cette adorable maison?

Les caractéristiques de cette petite maison sont puissants! Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen, 50 "TV à écran plat, câble et accès Wi-Fi, un bureau d'ordinateur et une chaise. La salle à manger dispose d'une petite table et 2 chaises ... parfait pour le petit déjeuner du matin. La grande cuisine est complète avec une gamme, un grand réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière et grille-pain. Lunettes, vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisson et de l'argenterie sont tous sur place. La chambre dispose d'un grand lit, commode, table de chevet, un placard et 32 ​​"TV à écran plat. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche stand-up et les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Pour compléter ce chalet adorable Floride, il y a une terrasse ombragée avec un barbecue à l'arrière. Besoin de laver vos vêtements, ne vous inquiétez pas, il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse sur place. Entre le lit pleine grandeur dans la chambre à coucher et le canapé-lit Queen Size, ce chalet offre 4 couchages!

The Retreat Floride minuscule se trouve à Bradenton qui est juste au nord de Sarasota et le Sud de Tampa. Les attractions touristiques incluent les plages du Golfe, Selby Gardens, le Ringling Museum, IMG Academy, le Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall et le South Florida Museum.

Pour ceux d'entre vous qui aiment faire du shopping, l'UTC Mall est situé à seulement 10 miles. Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy et Dillard sont les magasins d'ancrage ... tandis que le Cheesecake Factory, Seasons 52 et Brio sont les principaux restaurants. Il ya beaucoup plus de magasins et de restaurants dans la région. Pour ceux qui aiment les Commerciaux Outlet, le Ellenton Outlet Mall est à environ 20 minutes.

Vous vous demandez si il ya un Starbucks à proximité, ne vous inquiétez pas, il ya un environ 2 miles au nord.

Ce chalet adorable est parfait pour ceux qui cherchent à passer des vacances sous le soleil de Floride ... ceux qui peuvent profiter des offres à IMG ... ou pour ceux qui descendent pour toute la saison pour profiter du beau temps.

My trip was for spring training and photography of wildlife. The house was as described and had all the kitchen stuff needed for the couple of meals I made while there. There was a Publix and I believe a Winn-Dixie near by as well as a sports bar just around the corner that had large portions. Communication with the host was very quick and she answered all questions in a timely manor.

Property was clean and comfortable. It took us about 40 minutes to drive to the beach, traffic was heavy almost every time we went. Beaches were very nice, but very crowded. We usually spend time on the Outer Banks at Hatteras NS. It is considerably less crowded than Florida. We were not prepared for the amount of traffic that we encountered. Everywhere. We may return to the area, but will stay closer to the beach. This is no fault of the property or the owner, just the amount of traffic we ran into in Bradenton.

The cottage was as represented in the listing. Very clean! Pam was easy to communicate with and replied to texts quickly. Even sent a video showing how to set up pull out couch. We didn’t use the couch but that could be a helpful tool. Very quiet neighborhood on a dead end section of the street. We arrived late at night due to flight changes and the property was well lit which we appreciated. Kitchen had all we needed. We didn’t cook at the cottage but it was nice to have a fridge and a few reusable containers and a cooler to put lunches in for our daily excursions. We used two of the beach chairs as well as beach towels. Nice lodging for our Anna Maria Island and surrounding area visit.

This Little Cottage Big Charm

Small but ver clean and had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed our time ther. It was very convenient to Lakewood Ranch where my granddaughter played soccer. I wood stay here again.

Perfect cozy little cottage

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. The private porch in the back was beautiful and a nice place to cool down after a day at the beach. We loved every minute of our stay! Highly recommend!

Our 4/2024 FL visit

We really enjoyed our stay here. I really love it when you see a rental online and in person the rental is exactly how it looks in the pictures. The house was cozy and absolutely perfect for our stay for the two of us. This rental has everything you need for a great stay!
