Enjoy the ‘welcome snacks’, ice cream and bottled water! Guest say our cozy 300 sq ft studio has a Happy Vibe! Park in driveway in front; guest suite is in back. PRIVATE CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN. Kitchenette (full-size fridge, 4-burner cooktop, microwave), bathroom and a queen size Leesa Bed , futon for up to 3 guests. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Security cameras onsite. Easy access to I-49 and 2.4 miles to downtown and trail system. Walmart is 6 minutes away. Covered deck or locked shed for securing bikes. No pets allowed. ( Exception for service animals) . Please NO BIKES IN ROOM.

We give this stay a 10 plus. We had a great time staying here. It was a very clean, quiet and private place to stay. The hosts made us feel so welcome and at home. Such a wonderful couple.The studio is perfect for 2 people. Everything you need they have thought of. We are looking forward to staying here again.

The studio was comfy and clean - beds were very comfortable! Location was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood - very safe area. Kitchen had all the items we needed. Host provided some snacks and drinks (very thoughtful) and communicated very well. I will definitely stay there again!

The location was safe and secure, while also being easy to find and located with convenient access to sites of interest, restaurants, and shopping. The studio apartment was thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and provided everything we needed for a completely relaxing stay. The hosts could not have been more cordial or helpful, always available and responsive but never intrusive. There was an atmosphere of genuine welcome from the moment we arrived -- and we certainly plan to return!

Pretty neighborhood

Relaxing stay in quiet neighborhood. Near downtown and Crystal Bridges museum. Definitely an area to explore especially if you enjoy biking!

Check in was very easy and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Very clean and in a very secluded area. Lots of interactions with the host. Left us coupons to use at local Steakhouse. Great rib-eye! Gave us lots of info on different Antique shops to check out and info about downtown Bentonville Arkansas.Will definitely stay again next year. This is a place you want to stay!!

Quick but great!

Very friendly hosts that had everything ready! Was a quick visit to see family. I was revealing alone with my young daughter and we felt very safe. We appreciated how easy it was to check in and out. They had everything we could think of in the room and bathroom. We will be visiting them again!

Peaceful hide-away

Every big and little consideration was provided to this studio. I will be back when I return to Bentonville. A lush garden and comfy porch await after a quiet sleep. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy a walk in the neighborhood.

Mark and Wilma’s guest suite is lovely. It was private, super clean, in a lovely neighborhood and a very quick drive to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. I highly recommend their guest suite.

Fayetteville Trip

Stayed here for Family weekend at Arkansas University. Excellent place to stay, quiet, clean and right off the highway. Mark went above and beyond with communication, snacks and local suggestions. All much appreciated!! Hope to stay here again in the future and highly recommend.

Hi! We are Mark and Wilma. We are empty nesters, living in Bentonville since 1988. We love to travel,( and are in Colorado in the profile pic!) We are excited to begin sharing our guest suite on VRBO and hope people will enjoy coming here to enjoy beautiful northwest Arkansas and the massive bike trail system we have here, as well as our world class museums, shopping, and restaurants.

Our studio guest suite was originally built onto our house as a mother-in-law's wing, and then became my husband's 'man-cave', but has since been redecorated and given new life as a vacation rental.

Although we are not directly located downtown or on the trail system, we are a short, easy 5-10 minute drive to any of these attractions. Also, we are only 3/4 mile to I-49.
