Gorgeous 1,200 sq foot 1st floor single level with mid century touches. Immaculate condition with a large kitchen and dining area. FP living with slider to covered deck that can fit friends for dinner. 3 bedrooms with a max of 6 guests. Private fenced in back yard that backs to woods. We use the 3rd bedroom as a den with a queen trundle bed for 2. Golden oak floors, 2 full baths with double sink, full size laundry, large closets and central air. Only 2 units in our building. Easy 5 minute stroll to Commercial street and 10 minutes to the Boatslip. Minutes to shows, dining, shopping, beaches, bike trails, hiking, tennis, pickle ball and kayaking. Easy walk to supermarket and town parking as well. Please email me with questions or MODIFICATIONS about length of STAY and CHECK IN day and I will try to accommodate. Relaxing stay

Paul was a fantastic host and the house was very nice. The location is incredibly convenient - very close to bike rental, grocery store, gym, Commercial, etc.

Great Ptown Spot

Me and a few friends stayed for a week and had a great time! The house is well appointed, has plenty of space inside and out, and the location is great. Would highly recommend.

Great Weekend Getaway in PTown!

What a wonderful slice of PTown! A group of six of us (3 couples) fit comfortably in this 3 bed/2 bath condo on the West End. Best of all, we had a chance to have a BBQ on the beautiful porch, which was a highlight of our trip. All in all, Paul was so easy to get in touch with and stayed in communication throughout our stay. Really appreciate his hospitality!

A lovely P-town getaway

We had a lovely time staying at Paul's place. It's just a minutes biking to the grocery store, beach and to Tea, a perfect home base for a chill P Town trip. It's a relaxed, modern place, with all the amenities and comforts needed. Paul was great to rent from - very responsive and pleasant.

Close to everything

Great place that is close to everything P-town! House is immaculate and a quick stroll to downtown P-town. Racepoint beach is less than 7 mins away. Highly recommended!

Perfect Provincetown

Wonderful property, just as described. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and one infant. Perfectly located in a quiet area, but just a short walk from Commercial St. Lovely outdoor space for relaxing and enjoying the coastal breeze. Comfortable beds and tasteful furnishings. Paul was very responsive to any questions. Great stay!

Great place to stay in Ptown!

My friends and I (party of 5) had a very pleasant stay in this spacious, clean, and mostly quiet condo (the only noise disturbance being from the cute but early-rising dog upstairs). We had plenty of room and enjoyed the indoor and outdoor areas. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the location is excellent: just a few minutes by bike to the grocery store, and a 5-10 minute walk to the Boatslip for tea. We would all stay here again.

Perfect Condo in Provincetown

Our stay was perfection at this idyllic, clean and comfortable condo in Provincetown! It's a great location as everything is within walking distance on a quiet street. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Paul was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had. I'd recommend this location to anyone needing to a place to stay in Provincetown.

Perfect Vacation home

The home was beautifully appointed and very well stocked with everything needed. Quiet neighborhood, but close to everything around town. Beautiful landscaping with gorgeous flowers. Beautiful deck with table and chairs. Easy to use fireplace. All great appliances.

Excellent holiday!

We rented this property for a week in August and it was wonderful!!! Paul was great and very easy to work with and the place is perfect! Spacious, well appointed, clean and close to downtown without all the noise of being in Commercial Street. Beautiful neighborhood. Able to walk most of the time to anything you want to do. Close to beaches and really offering the best of Provincetown. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

This was our first time in ptown and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Communication with Paul was excellent. Check in was quick and easy and we were even able to check in early which was so helpful. When we got there the condo was absolutely spotless. It had everything we needed for our weeklong stay, plus more. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need which was perfect as we were able to cook several meals. Lastly, the location was perfect. We walked and biked everywhere. If you have the chance to stay here absolutely do it!

Wonderful West End stay

When the condo that my friends and I have stayed in for many years was unexpectedly sold in December, we had to scramble to find another place and consider ourselves very fortunate to have found this rental space just around the corner in a wonderful neighborhood. This condo is bright, comfortable, well appointed and comes with many amenities! Paul was so easy to communicate with and made staying there that much more enjoyable because of that. The three bedrooms, two baths with oversized walk-in showers, dining, kitchen and living room areas, laundry room and outdoor seating areas make this an excellent place for three friends such as us to stay. Having two parking spaces is an extra bonus in Provincetown! The condo is clean, nicely decorated and stocked with everything needed to make a week in Provincetown even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this condo be added to your list of possible places to stay.

Provincetown Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely west end property. Our host Paul was great with lots of fantastic communication every step of the way. The location is just a short walk from all the action on Commercial Street and an even shorter walk to Liz's from breakfast, or Stop and Shop! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The property includes a very relaxing covered patio, fun mid-century modern furnishings, air conditioning, two great bathrooms with excellent showers, washer/dryer. The five of us had a great time. If there were a negative, the renters in the condo above our unit were numerous (we counted 8 different gents in and out at all hours) and made a lot of noise stomping around in the wee hours. We certainly look forward to coming back here again!!

Fantastic Stay!

Such a beautiful, comfortable home and perfect location for me and my friends (total of 4 - 2 of whom are a couple and shared one room together). The kitchen was well-stocked, lovely fireplace, beds were very comfy, beautiful/spacious bathrooms and showers, and the laundry room was great. We lost power for several hours in a rainstorm and we quickly found several touch lamps that lit the whole living area and kitchen up perfectly. The grounds were lovely as well - well manicured, beautiful flowers/garden, and lovely porch/backyard space, with a cute little bird feeder right outside the kitchen window. Paul was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to any questions. Only thing it was missing that we would have liked was a full length mirror(s). But we made do and otherwise it was perfect, and great location. Less than a 10 minute walk to Boatslip/into town - just far enough from the hustle/bustle but just close enough to quickly get wherever you need to go. I’d definitely recommend and we’d absolutely stay here again. :-)

The Perfect Landing in Ptown

This place is so cute! It is well maintained with everything you need to settle in for a relaxing vacation. If you like to cook the kitchen is ready and equipped for you and there is a grill for summertime dining on the deck. Paul is responsive, friendly and helpful. I would go back again!

Great stay in P-town

Paul was a great host end to end. Website description is accurate. Very cozy inside, nicely decorated and plenty of space for a family of four to relax together or spread out (teenagers). Coffee outside on the deck every morning. Easy walk to town, grocery store and restaurants. Easy parking and easy access to explore the national seashore beaches. Overall a great place to stay.
