Cette maison située au 6, rue Tinys Way, unité 1, est située dans un quartier calme. Ce condo 2BD / 1BA a été méticuleusement rénové et possède une surface habitable de 1 130 pieds carrés. À quelques pas du centre-ville pour les restaurants et les bars. Ce condo toute l'année a tout! Air central; 2 patios extérieurs exclusifs; Vaste parc paysager avec irrigation; Beau revêtement de sol; Éclairage encastré; Lumière naturelle abondante; Et un foyer à gaz à distance. La cuisine équipée dispose d'appareils en acier inoxydable, de comptoirs en granit et d'armoires personnalisées. La première chambre a un lit king avec un nouveau matelas. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen avec un nouveau matelas. Il existe de nombreux draps et serviettes pour votre séjour. Le grand salon a des meubles confortables; TV écran plat avec câble; Et un lecteur de DVD pour les jours de pluie. Great Place

Stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate the 4th of July. The place is clean and spacious and well maintained. It’s an easy 5-10 minute walk to all the action on Commercial St. Bret was kind enough to accommodate an early check in. Would highly recommend his place.

This comfortable and quiet condo is a real find. Close enough to town to walk, but nestled in a pretty little tucked-away neighborhood. The beds were a dream. We just loved it. This is the kind of place you’d love to come back to.

So much better in person

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home with our almost 2 year old. When we walked in we realized that the photos did not do it justice. This place is very clean and modern and was really easy having a young child in. The bed was extremely comfortable and we were walking distance to everything. I highly recommend it and would love to stay again next year.

What every VRBO should be

It was exactly as advertised. The host was responsive and helpful with television issue. Also, did not mind having to make beds and launder towels to keep the cleaning fee to a minimum, as other properties are charging outrageous fees for cleaning. Kudos. Will stay again.

Great condo in an outstanding location! We walked to Commercial St for coffee shops in the morning and dinner at night. Short drive to beaches. Upstairs neighbors were friendly and helpful. Communication with owner was excellent. Washer/dryer was very convenient. Plenty of bath/beach towels on-site but glad we brought our own so we didn’t have to wait for towels to dry. Don’t miss sunset on Herring Cove beach. Looking forward to staying here again!

Loved the place

This perfect jewel box of a property is an easy walk to the heart of Provincetown, yet is on a quiet and charming little cul de sac. There is off street parking right at the residence (important in this area). The property has two patios for your use, once with lounge chairs and the other with an outdoor table and umbrella. The owner supplies beach chairs and towels for your use. Beaches and lighthouses are an easy drive. Near by are phenomenal paved bicycle trails. A winery is a short drive away. The property was clean, comfortable, efficient, and charmingly decorated. I would gladly stay here again!!

The property was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Both bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, extra pillows and blankets. The location is excellent. It is close to town and trails and we felt safe walking or cycling during the evening. The Neighbourhood is super quiet. The outdoor spaces (patio and lounge area) was a real bonus. Bret was a great host answering any inquiries promptly. Billy (lives upstairs) was welcoming and friendly. We would certainly stay here again when we return to Ptown

Easy booking. Did not realize second payment wasn’t auto draft! Check in process clear and easy. Most important loved the apartment! Feels like home, beds sleep so comfortably, kitchen equipped with all you need. Did find the checkout rule to wash all towels, bath mats, bed linens a bit much to expect, impossible if leaving to catch a flight. Easy walk to everything, loved location. Would stay again. 10/10 reccommend!

This was a beautiful condo in the perfect location. It was beautifully decorated and the layout was perfect to travel with friends. It was a short walk from town and had a very nice yard. I would definitely stay here again!

WONDERFUL spot to stay

We have visited Provincetown as summer renters for over five decades and have stayed in a wide variety of homes, apartments, condos, and cabins. This rental was for four members of our family. First of all, the interior is beautiful. Clean, new, high end, and extremely cleverly laid out and appointed. The beds are VERY comfortable and the linens and towels were great. The grounds are absolutely lovely as well and the outdoor patio/dining area and lounge chairs overlooking the yard are great. The parking is a bit tight for two vehicles but very doable and a great feature. The location is close enough to Commercial street for a pretty direct walk or very fast bike ride, either to the center of town through the historic cemetery or down a main road that is flat and well trafficked. We really can’t say enough nice things about this stay and about the owner as well. He was responsive, friendly and accommodating. We had a great weeks, sunny days at the beach and monsoon rainy days playing board games inside. This stay improved our trip immensely. Thank you!!

Everything we needed and more

Great location, tucked away in a quiet cul de sac so it was very relaxing while only being a quick 10-minute walk to all the fun of Commercial Street. The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. We wanted for nothing and had plenty of good quality bed linens and towels. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and eating at home. We really enjoyed staying here and are already planning our next trip.

Really nice place in quiet neighborhood!

This is a really nice 2bdrm / 1 bath bottom floor unit. Looks just like photos - actually exterior is nicer than photos - amazing flowers and garden. hidden away from all the action makes a quiet refuge. Has everything you need - fully stocked kitchen - lots of beach towels / beach chairs. WIFI was perfect. Shower water pressure was great! A/C worked really well. Lots of room to spread out - and great outdoor places to hang out.
