Check in and out were too late and too early. Didn't like the retro appliances, no ice maker, microwave difficult to use. Wood step on balcony was a trip hazard. Water temp not consistent in shower. Hot water faucet in bathroom very difficult to turn on/off. Location great.

The apartment is amazing! Clean, spacious, cozy. Spectacular view of the beach and ocean. Heads up! although youre on the s2nd floor, the balcony is at beach level, so privacy might be an issue. Aside from that minor inconvenience, the place is a must!

Great Location-perfect for our small family!

I stayed with my husband and our daughter (21 months old). It was the perfect size for our little family and the location was wonderful. Right on the beach and also walking distance from restaurants and breweries! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! The unit has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean, every thing inside was beautifully updated. It feels like you are being welcomed into a 5 star resort. Great location with an easy walk to all that downtown Carpinteria has to offer. I highly recommend and we will be returning.

Weekend getaway

Our first time to Carpinteria and our stay was absolutely wonderful. We loved the condo and its ideal location on the beach, and the town was so great and chill. Will definitely return!
