Prêt pour des vacances à la plage? Ce condominium récemment rénové et élégant de 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain est idéalement situé à quelques pas de la belle plage de sable blanc de Carpinteria. À seulement 5 minutes à pied des commerces du centre-ville, de bons restaurants et du marché fermier de Carpinteria. Entièrement approvisionné et accueillant, cet appareil a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour vous détendre et profiter de la vie à la plage. Le patio privé s'ouvre sur le côté de la plage pour de superbes levers de soleil, couchers de soleil et sons de plage. Le complexe comprend 2 piscines chauffées et un jacuzzi, ainsi qu'une salle de club et une laveuse / sécheuse.

Nous vous accueillons ainsi que votre famille / amis dans notre unité, qui peut accueillir 4 personnes, avec 2 nouveaux lits queen dans chaque chambre. Équipé de ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un «chez-soi loin de chez soi», Wi-Fi, télévision à écran plat, câble et lecteur DVD. La cuisine comprend de beaux comptoirs en quartz, un nouveau réfrigérateur, une nouvelle cuisinière / four, un nouveau micro-ondes et comprend de petits appareils, tels qu'une cafetière, un mixeur et un grille-pain.

Écoutez les vagues, sentez l'air salin et regardez le coucher du soleil depuis le patio privé avec accès à la plage. Il y a deux piscines et un jacuzzi dans le complexe de condominiums, qui sont chauffés toute l'année.

À seulement 10 minutes au nord de la belle Santa Barbara et à 15 minutes au sud de Ventura - un emplacement idéal!

Lovely holiday in Carpinteria

We truly enjoyed this lovely condo! Very clean and comfortable. We were impressed with the quality of the cookware , dishes, etc. Great parking options and convenience. Our host checked in with us to be sure all was well. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent and beautiful condo!!

I would definitely stay at this condo again! Lovely and clean with a perfect layout for comfort. The location of the condo is a 2 minute walk to the beach and also has a pool and jacuzzi available! All amenities needed were included too. The owner was extremely nice and great with communicating with us to make sure we had everything we needed - and her personal touch was so welcoming. Thank you!Definitely a must stay!!

Life at the beach

Nice, updated, clean unit in a great location. Leigh is the best host you could ask for. My wife and I enjoyed our two month stay and are looking for being there again next year. It is very close to lots of near by restaurants and just a few steps to the beach.

This apartment is a perfect beach stay. Super clean, the beach is across the street, quiet. I was in the area for work and stayed for a month. It has everything you need for a lovely long stay. After a long day I either chilled in the jacuzzi or strolled on the beach. Nothing better.

We had a wonderful time in Carpinteria! Leigh was a very welcoming host. She responded within minutes when we had questions. The place is lovely. It took 90 seconds to get to the beach (yes, I timed it!), and we enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen is very well appointed, and the TV has countless streaming options. The downtown is only minutes from the place, so it's easy to shop, eat out, etc. The Salt Marsh Reserve is less than a block away. It was a wonderful stay - I highly recommend Leigh's place!

Perfect Carpinteria Condo

This is an ideal condo for a Carpinteria beach vacation. Pool right outside one door and the beach outside the other, just across the street. Very clean and well-maintained condo and building. We loved the patio and direct access to the condo from the patio. Leigh was super responsive and accommodating to anything we needed. We highly recommend!

Fantastic Location, close to Pools and Hot Tub

Condo was great. It is close to the beach and also the 2 pools and hot tub are right outside the interior door. Patio is equipped with propane BBQ, table, umbrella and chairs as well as a Bar top with 4 stools that you can sit and see over the patio fence. Also has 2 beach chairs to use. Patio provides access to street and beach as well as parking for loading and unloading your vehicle. Property Manager/Owner was very helpful and responsive. Would definetely stay here again.

Wonderful Carp Condo!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo one block from the beach. Leigh is a wonderful host and we got to watch the sunset either from the patio or the beach every night.

We were very excited to purchase our condo in Carpinteria. Leigh spent her summers in Carpinteria for over 15 years, and moved back 7 years ago. We love this most special little town and are very excited to share it with family and friends!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Our condo is very easy to live in and out of! Just updated with all new appliances, a great outdoor raised bar to watch the sunrise and sunset. Two bedrooms with one bath, on the beach 'side'. Two pools and a jacuzzi tub are available. Easy walk into town with some pretty amazing restaurants and shopping. We love Carpinteria and would like to welcome you to our condo!
