Total remodel completed “21
Absolutely, amazing condo! Open floor plan is spacious and perfect for entertaining, with brand new leather sectional, camel colored leather recliner, cozy chair and 65’ Smart TV/DVD. This beautifully decorated condo is a 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths with all new glassed -in showers installations. Upon the entry is the new remodeled kitchen with all new stainless appliances, quartzite countertops and cabinets with inset lights. Plenty of countertop space, quartz island (with built in charger) with 6 leather stools. Just off the kitchen is a large dining table for 6 people.The master bedroom has a king bed size with new comfort top mattress, two nightstands, 6 Drawer Dresser and a beautiful modern height adjustable desk. A spacious powder room connected to the bedroom, a large closet and a luxurious full bathroom.
The second bedroom has a two beds full size, two night stands, a 6 drawer dresser, a walk in closet and a working desk.
This 3rd floor unit boasts beautiful views of the garden courtyard from its covered and screened lanai and beautiful views of the ocean from the front of the building.
Air conditioning/heating and humidity level are controlled from within the condo unit. Wireless internet access throughout unit and three Samsung TVs in living room, master bedroom and second bedroom.
New, high efficiency , washer and dryer installed 2024.
The property has a full time maintenance crew.Someone is available 24/7 by phone. Each building at Excelsior has an elevator, a covered parking on the first floor and luggage carts.
We provide beach towels, umbrella, beach cart, cooler and toys.
Enjoy full access to all of the gulf side amenities & the bay side amenities that Excelsior has to offer. You will find 2 pristine heated pools (one on the bay side, and one on the gulf side), 2 jacuzzi, a bay side deck for fishing, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, fitness room, library, BBQ girls & picnic area.
Enjoy a wonderful collection of shops and restaurants right on Siesta Key. We have a fast access to I-75 for trips to Tampa, Orlando, Miami, and the Keys. There are many attractions in area.Bush Gardens, Legoland, Disney World, Mote Aquarium, Ringling Museums, Myakka State Park, Marie Shelby Botanical Gardens, deep Sea Fishing, St. Armand’s Circle etc.

The best location and very comfortable, just as the pictures show! The kitchen is also well-appointed with more than everything that you could need for your stay.

The condo is beautiful, kitchen has everything you would need. We had several small issues with a toaster and air not working but the host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again. We loved it!

This was our second visit to this condo and despite a few issues (keys not working at check-in and noise due to improvements being made to the property) we had a very nice vacation. The property owner is an extremely kind person (brought over an aloe plant to help my daughter who was sunburned) and was very responsive and helpful when issues arose that were outside of her control. The unit and property in general are well maintained and we love the location. We hope to return in the future.

Beach access

This was our first time staying here on bay side and we would do it again. We loved the grill area and area you could sit by the bay and watch boats. Also to have a great working washer and dryer in our unit was huge. Spacious master bedroom and bathroom with walk in tiled shower. Also the pickle ball court was a hit!

We stayed at this beautiful property for two weeks with our family, and it was an amazing experience! The condo was even better and more spacious than it looked in the pictures — clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable for a longer stay.Renata, the property manager, was wonderful — so friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. She made sure everything was perfect for our stay, and we really appreciated her kindness.The location was fantastic, especially with the private beach access just across the street. It was so convenient and safe, making it ideal for families with kids.Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We truly felt at home and would love to come back. Highly recommended for a relaxing and family-friendly vacation!

My husband and I had a relaxing and rejuvenating superior beach vacation. The Condo was spacious, clean and well equipped. Owners super nice. The resort was quiet with a friendly atmosphere. We hope to come back to paradise again. We love Siesta Key.

Better Than Expected

Quite frankly, the photos just don't capture the space. It is much larger than expected and the amenities are perfect! It's a one stop shop for a beach getaway with the family. The entry procedure was seamless and everything we needed for beach time was provided. 100%, will stay again.

Exceeded expectations!

Best property we had ever been. Excellent location, quiet, peaceful. The courtyard gardens and bay deck are beautiful. New gas grills very convenient. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. The private access to beach even we had to walk like 7 minutes because is across the street, is the best part. Chairs and chaise lounges are always available to guests of the property. Beach is gorgeous!

Cleanup after hurricane of fall 24 continued thru our stay in March '25, so it was loud. Property was good, owner resolved all minor issues quickly and very well - mostly housekeeping didn't clean well before we arrived. The unit is very nice and very spacious. The office staff here is not friendly or helpful at all. The maintenance staff started their loud loud work EVERY DAY AT 8 AM until 10 AM. And the windows do nothing to block the sound. Drilling, leaf blowers, hammering, etc. Wish Florida would at least pass a law requiring battery operated QUIETER leaf blowers.

We enjoyed a relaxing time at this beautiful condo. The host, Renata, was so kind and attentive during our stay. What made our experience so delightful was the lovely garden area lined with lit trees leading to the crystal clear pool which was attended to early each morning. Beyond that was a walkway leading to the intercoastal waterway, where we enjoyed watching the dolphins play. The condo itself was pristine & comfortable with lots of open space. The front door of the condo faces the Gulf of Mexico (or America, whichever you prefer). Simply beautiful! I encourage you to book your Siesta Key experience with Renata's place. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful Condo

Our stay at this condo was amazing. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay. Just a short walk across the street to the beach and conveniently located near restaurants and or a short trolley ride to more restaurants and shopping. I can’t wait to come back to Siesta Key!

Fabulous modern condo in fabulous location

Stayed for 2 weeks arrived back in UK today 3/12. Have to say the upgrade and location of this condo is superb. There is everything you need from beach towels o hairdryers and everything in between even a trolley to take everything to the beach. The location of the property is across the road from Crescent Beach with private access. The beach is gorgeous beautiful sand and safe shallow waters. You can get to the Village by the free Trolley which stops right outside the Condo. If you book this condo you’ll have a fab time. Everyone in Siesta Key is so friendly. We also had great weather for November too. Get yourself there. Renata the owner replied to any questions I had straight away and sent me welcome messages to make sure all was good. I’ll be back.

Great Place

This was an extremely well kept rental. It was equipped with everything necessary for the stay. The property all around is well kept. Pools were very clean and nice. The only confusion was at check in on where to get keys and etc and the office was not open to ask questions. We figured it out and it was all good. We would definitely stay again as this was a highlight to our visit given the effects of red tide in the area at the time!
