Luxueux 2 BR Condo - Courte promenade à Siesta Beach

Nouvellement meublé, récemment rénové 2BR (un lit king size et 2 lits simples) + canapé-lit convertible, 2 salles de bain au 2ème étage condo (4-6 personnes), et avec toutes les commodités d'une maison confortable. Situé dans le village de White Sands avec 7 hectares de végétation tropicale luxuriante, notre condo climatisé offre deux grandes chambres avec salles de bains complètes, un salon confortable, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des armoires nouvellement installées et des comptoirs en granit, un coin repas, une télévision par câble HD centre de divertissement, système téléphonique Magic Jack avec appels illimités aux États-Unis et au Canada et lanai (balcon) avec vue partielle sur les jardins tropicaux. Tous les draps nécessaires sont fournis, et des laveuses et sécheuses automatiques de grande taille sont situées en bas.
Près de l'intersection de Beach et Midnight Pass Roads à Siesta Key, à travers (7-10 minutes à pied) de la célèbre plage de Siesta, la plage n ° 1 aux États-Unis.
Il y a une piscine chauffée, son et ses saunas, deux aires de barbecue communes, club house, zone d'amarrage de bateau privé, et un parking privé couvert de la route réservée. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est disponible dans l'espace condo et piscine / club-house.

Siesta Key a quelques 150 magasins, galeries, boutiques, salons et boutiques spécialisées dans le village clé de Siesta et d'autres endroits. Il y a aussi un grand choix de bars et de restaurants. En outre, le centre-ville de Sarasota est à une courte distance en voiture du pont principal nord avec ses boutiques renommées, ses restaurants raffinés et ses attractions culturelles. Des courts de tennis gratuits sont à quelques pas du complexe.

Il y a des frais pour le service de nettoyage de départ et une politique de séjour minimum de deux semaines.

Les autres commodités comprennent 2 télévisions (un salon de 40 po avec câble HD et une chambre principale de 27 po), lecteurs CD et DVD, télévision par câble Comcast, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, téléphone, grille-pain, cafetière, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux, ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon / salle à manger et la chambre principale, chaises de plage et un parasol. Les enfants sont les bienvenus (un parc est disponible dans le condo qui peut servir un jeune bébé jusqu'à 2 ans). Un chien ou un chat, moins de 25 lb, est autorisé.

Les clés peuvent être obtenues à partir de la boîte aux lettres située devant la porte du Clubhouse. Les clés seront à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe marquée du numéro d'unité / nom du locataire. La combinaison à la boîte sera fournie.

Michel was great with communication. The unit was clean and well stocked with necessities. Also great location; both beach and village are walking distances. My only negative is the limitations put on my pet by the Association. There is no where on the property the dogs are allowed; not the courtyard or even the sidewalks! In addition to the condo association not being dog welcoming Siesta Key itself has no beaches or parks where dogs can go.

Thanks, Kathy. There are a couple of small dog parks inside WSV, so dogs can be walked in the property to the these parks. Great location for price

Great location in Siesta to walk or ride bikes to beach and siesta village. Heated pool was a plus. Michael was very responsive anytime we had an issue. Well stocked for cooking and longer stays as well as beach chairs and umbrellas if you're flying into town.

Vacation/temporary housing

Rented as a place to stay in between selling our home and closing on our new house. Everything was excellent. Location was great. AC broke shortly after arriving and owners had someone there to repair it promptly. Owners were very responsive and accommodating!

Great place to stay on Siesta Key!

This is not our first time staying at this property. We love the location which is right across the street fm the public beach and tennis courts. The condo is about 1 1/2 to the village where there are shops and great restaurants. The condo is clean and well maintained. When we arrived there was an issue with the refrigerator. The management responded immediately and on New Year’s Eve called a repair service who were there very quickly. They diagnosed and corrected the problem. The owners were very concerned too and also checked with us to see if the refrigerator was fixed. We recommend anyone interested in vacationing on beautiful Siesta Key to consider staying here!

The condo was dirty when we checked in. sand in bedroom floors. Every room had a light burnt out.

Dirty condo, all rooms light bulbs burnt out, tollet rocks not set or level, air conditioner broken. TV did not work. Microwave held together with plastic tape. This condo is not as advertised. Owners remote and you have to fix stuff on your vacation.

Totally false, look at all previous reviews (e.g., please see the review from Jasmine Ventura who left just a week earlier). When the A/C drain was blocked, next day it was repaired. TV was fully working, it was the completely ignorant renters that did not know that the HDMI cable must be connected to the TV and could not convey this to the owners to help them troubleshoot the issue. They said they knew how the connections work since they have the same system at home! When they left, they mentioned that they had a great time, we are wondering about their total dishonesty.

Beautiful home, fabulous beach, great time!!!

The condo was spotless when we arrived. There is every amenity you could ask for as well as thoughtful extras, such as night lights to prevent stubbed toes in new places, a drying rack for damp towels, and an entire closet full of beach equipment. There were chairs, umbrellas, a duffle full of inflatables and even four tennis racquets. Conveniently there are four tennis courts in the beach park which is only a block away across a street with a traffic light. Aah, Siesta Key Beach. Number one for a reason. Placid water and sand that feels like walking on powder and always cool. We walked there every day. When our teenage granddaughter and her friend came for a week they enjoyed it as well. We only went to the pool once but it was very clean. The grounds are very well maintained and the complex is quiet and safe. We cannot say enough good about Michel and Aida. They were so considerate, even texting to make sure we were okay when we had taken our granddaughter to Disney World and the tropical storm coming. All in all, we had a fabulous vacation in the best of homes. Thank you Michel and Aida for sharing your home with us.

Great setup. Great location!!

I rented this condo for my parents who came to town looking to purchase a new home. They stayed for 2 weeks and found the home to be quite relaxing, and only 5 minutes walking to Siesta Key beach. They enjoyed the convenience of getting around as well as the comfort of the home. Everything worked perfectly and they enjoyed the pool as well. Many restaurants and bars nearby. The owners checked in a few times with me to make sure all their needs were met which they were. Recommend to others looking in the area.

Highly recommended!!!

Amazing location within walking distance to our favorite beach! Our family stayed here for 4 weeks and we did not want to leave. In fact, we are thinking of buying a second home right in the same area. White Sands cannot be beat in terms of location and community. It is so close to everything, but so quiet and friendly at the same time. The condo had everything we needed and the owners were so friendly and attentive (we have a FaceTime relationship). Our favorite memories include walking to the Village to get ice cream and walking back on the beach while enjoying the most beautiful sunset you will ever see. You are so close to the beach that attending sunset became a nightly event. It was also fun to simply walk, bike or drive to the main public access to Siesta beach across the street.

Pandemic snowbirds

We drove to Siesta Key from Wisconsin during a surge in cases of Covid - hoping to really continue staying safe but do it where we could be outside and active. Our condo at White Sands was just great-minutes from the beach, very hassle-free reservation and check in, and all the amenities we needed. Kitchen well-outfitted which was good as we cooked all meals in and did curbside pickup of groceries at Publix. Plenty of beach chairs, towels etc and fast internet for working from home. Grounds are very well tended and the pool was great when it was too chilly to swim at the beach. Owners were very responsive.

Nice clean condo

Nice condo as is reflected in the pictures. Clean and walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler available. Grounds, pool and common areas kept very well. The owner Michel,was great. Ours was a last minute booking and he assisted in making it happen. Nice place, great owners.

Time to unwind!
