The apartment was very clean and very confortable. We loved that there was a full sized refrigerator. The area is really nice and lots of great restaraunts.

Great location!

Such an amazing location! Walkable to a ton of restaurants and bars, we even walked to the colts game and only took us around 30ish minutes.

In town for Pride

Location was ideal. The apartment was clean, safe, and pleasantly appointed. Pets allowed was our main search, and this place fit the bill perfectly!

Nice little apartment in good neighborhood.

Basically if you need a place to sleep that’s in a great location and meets basic needs I would recommend this group. The hosts were very quick to respond, allowed me to keep the parking spot until after our event. I would definitely stay again. Not a lot of bells and whistles but perfect for what we needed.

Comfy and convenient

Steps from all the stuff on Mass Ave., convenient to downtown, and in a pretty quiet place. The only downside (not their fault) is paid street parking. I plan to re-book there next time I go to Indy

Mid-week get away

The best part of this property was the location! It was right in the middle of it all. We utilized the parking option and just left our car put for the 3 days to be pedestrians in Indianapolis! The apartment building felt safe.

Pink concert

My wife and I stayed 2 nights. To go see the pink concert At Lucas oil Stadium it was about a mile and a half away from the stadium. The walk was fine and safe. There was great place for food and entertainment.

Great Location in the best area of Indianapolis

I have stayed in many areas of Indy and Mass ave is by far the best area to be in. This unit is located just far enough away from the louder areas of Mass ave but close enough to easily walk to anything. This area is super safe and the building is very easy and secure to get in and out of. This apartment has everything you need for an extended stay. Highly recommend and will definitely consider coming back next year!

Nice Stay

They delivered as promised. Great location (plenty to do in walking distance), clean apartment, looked like the pictures, great communication set up with host etc. only cons were paying for parking (whether you paid the meter or paid for pass) and no elevators (luckily the apt is on the second floor). Overall I would stay here again.

Perfect

Everything was great. The place was nice and clean. All updated just like the pictures. We walked everywhere with no issue. Parking was easy. Our group was two couples celebrating a birthday for the weekend and couldn’t have worked out better.

Cute, clean, loud

I unfortunately ended up above an event venue that was, mid week, having a bass party. No yuck to yum, just had work the next day. Would suggest for vacations more than work trips

A little loud, but great location

There definitely was life in the streets. We didn't get a chance to explore much around this particular area due to other activities planned, but I would have liked to. We were able to easily park in the streets. Initially, we paid for one day of parking but had some miscommunications with the parking pass. They promptly refunded our money and were very easy to work with. Cute little apartment. Clean. Easy to get to. Comfortable bed. Great shower pressure. Only had mini shampoo and conditioner available, so you may want to remember to pack you own (I forgot this time haha).

Nice neighborhood with many restaurants/bars within walking distance. Instructions on checking in and checkout were clear. One suggestion for the property management is to provide a small dish drying rack and towel. The fan in the bathroom was also very loud. We were using the fold out couch. We found sheets and pillows but no blanket. They eventually provided instructions on where to get them.

Room was comfortable and clean (although the hallway carpets need attention). The building, which appears to be largely short-term rentals, was quiet overall, but the apartment HVAC is very loud, loud enough to drown out the TV. The TV is large but has a failing display. The kitchen lacks basics, such as salt and pepper. The bath has a single towel bar and no robe hook on the door. The description lists a washer and dryer, but there is none in the room nor are there directions to a common location. Wifi directions on the fridge are incorrect, but the "boarding pass" instructions include the correct information. We were in town for an event at the convention center. We relied only on rideshare, and a couple of trips a day is less expensive than parking. Rideshare from the airport was about $25. The location is excellent and walkable--a $10 rideshare to the convention center, itself only a 30 minute walk. A full grocery store is only a 20 minute walk. There are many restaurants and bars in the immediate area, including a food court in a 10 minute walk.
