Tidesides Marine Bay house rentals

Wake up in one of our nautical Bay House rentals located in the beautiful Sodus point located on Sodus bay. Here at Tidesides Marine we offer free Wi-Fi, an on site eatery with beer and cider, boat rentals and a boat ramp. Bring your own boat and utilize our boat ramp and docking available on site.

Enjoy the neighborhood of Sodus Point where you can eat, drink, boat and relax on the beach. The lively Grieg street is less then one mile and walking distance.

Our retails are located in the upstairs of the building so if you have mobility challenges then this isn't a good fit for you.

For your comfort we offer all queen size beds, a living room area with TV, full bath and half kitchen with Bayview.

We offer one three bedroom studio. The studio style has three queen size beds along with the living room area, half kitchen and full bath.

Fantastic stay!

My family has a wonderful stay. House was clean and as advertised. Renting the boat for a day was very easy and a great time. The little restaurant in front had very good breakfast. Portions were huge but would definitely plan ahead as the wait was more than I anticipated (about 45 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches for my kids) Overall this prperty is highly recommended.

Great place to stay and so convenient!

We had such a great time! It is beautiful inside, lots of space and so convenient having the launch right there. Ashley was great and was avalible anytime we needed her, she was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be booking again!!

Absolutely staying here again

Great place! This was a perfect weekend for the 6 of us, 30-35 years old, for a two night stay and one of the best times we’ve had. So convenient that we were able to rent a pontoon boat from the same place too. Originally planned on leaving after checkout on Sunday and had so much fun on Saturday that we decided to do another boat day and stay a little longer. Definitely plan to do this again.

Bright & Clean!

This property is super cute. It has bright, fresh, and clean color throughout. Although the location is right on the water, the overall outdoor area isn’t as beautiful as the inside. Given that it is quite literally a marina, it makes sense! Lots of boats, trucks, rocks, etc. Something to just keep in mind if you’re planning on grilling/spending time outside. Also if you have multiple guests maybe consider bringing a chair to sit on outside. There is a picnic table available but depending on how many people you have, a chair might be a good consideration. Ashley was really sweet! She was easy to talk to and available for any communication I needed before the trip. I really appreciated that. You can tell she worked hard to make the place look nice for her guests and she made herself available if we were to need anything. The rooms are spacious, bright, and again very beautiful. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. There were six of us in this property and we never felt crunched for space in the bedrooms. One recommendation that I could suggest is maybe to consider adding a mirror in each of the bedrooms? Or one full length mirror available somewhere in the unit? It would help make getting ready with multiple people a little easier. But again, just a suggestion :) Sodus is a sweet little town. We rented a pontoon and had a great time on the water!
