This second floor unit is a spacious 2 bedroom , 2 bath condo. It affords privacy, serenity, and pleasant views of well landscaped grounds and fountain. Perfect for family and friends to enjoy both the home as well as the multiple pools and lazy rivers on the property. Enjoy lush, tropical landscape views from your 2nd floor private lanai.

Living room is an open and airy concept with large flat screen TV, high ceiling fans, and direct access to the screened and covered lanai.

Master bedroom has king bed and a flat screen TV. Adjoining master bathroom has a jetted tub and glass enclosed shower.

Second bedroom contains a queen bed along with a flat screen TV with adjacent second bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Large refrigerator and freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser.

Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Condo can accommodate up to 6 people.

One assigned covered parking space and plenty of extra guest parking.

Bath towels and linens are provided. Pool towels provided at Club. Beach towels also provided in master bedroom closet. Starter supplies for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Unit has full size washer and dryer. Portable crib available in master closet.

Local Host is available 24/7 for any needs.

Nov 1 – May 31: $250 admin fee + $60/day + 6% tax

June 1 – Oct 31: $150 admin fee + $50/day + 6% tax
