The Space:

We have an extremely spacious 2 bed/2 bath. It was converted from an original 3 bedroom and we even added a large addition off of the back of the house. The master bedroom is more than generous, with a huge walk-in closet and true master bath with separate tub and shower. You will not be disappointed in this luxurious space. The other bedroom has a spacious closet and quick access to the shared bath as well. We have a HUGE eat-in kitchen with a never-ending island that has enough space to host your own cooking show on.



Guest Access:

You have the entire house to yourself, with a huge driveway off the side. Comes with cable/internet and a security/alarm system.



The Neighborhood:

We are just a couple of blocks north of the Baldwin Park neighborhood near some new local restaurants/breweries. Not far at all from Daffin Park - great for running/riding bikes! Wholefoods is only 1.5 miles from the house, less than 5 minute drive.



Getting Around:

Though we're not in a prime location to walk to everything, there are bus stops not far at all and of course Uber/Lyft are always easy to hire.



Other Things to Note:

We offer a security/alarm system and has a camera which is for security purposes only but we do keep that monitored to our discretion.
