“The Cape” TOP FLOOR In Oceanfront Resort Rodanthe Condos

Oceanfront condo community this is the end unit condo with pool, grill and hot outdoor showers. This unit is on the top floor and has a view of the pool and ocean. Direct beach access via elevator and boardwalk. Saturday check in and check out only Memorial Day through Labor Day. 2 bedroom condo offers a king bed master with private bathroom and a guest room with a queen bed plus a twin bed with direct access to the second bathroom. An open balcony off the living room and master over looks pool and has a great view of the ocean. Sheets are provided, bring your beach and bath towels. Washer and dryer are in the condo. Resort Rodanthe has plenty of room for drying your water sports equipment, a fish cleaning station, outdoor hot showers, and a large parking area.
Resort Rodanthe condo association does not allow guests to bring pets. No smoking allowed in condo or on balcony.

The host was great very responsive. The beach view was excellent. The place was very clean and neat. Could not get the master bedroom TV to work though in the elevator was broken so going up four flights of stairs was awful.

Condo was clean and beautiful! Kitchen was stocked and instructions weee clear. Only issue was the beds werent made the sheet sets and pillowcases were folded at end of bed instead of on every bed. But that was the only issue, would definitely rent again.

The beautiful view from the balcony and comfortable furniture on the balcony was worth the price of admission. You could hear the ocean roar and relax. It was hard to get up to go down to the beach!

This was a great location. Easy walk to the beach and to a few shops. The pool is a great option as well. The condo had everything we needed. We were only able to stay a few days because of hurricane Erin evacuations but we would love to come back.

Room was very clean with an amazing view from both the front and back decks. The beds were comfortable with new mattresses. Lots of pots and pans in the kitchen to cook with, as well as books and board games for the family.

Amazing!

The condo was perfect! It was clean, perfect size for our family, and the views were breath-taking! Only a short walk to the beach and just all around an amazing place to stay!

The area was very laid back and surprisingly quiet for our June stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the deck furniture was nice. When we arrived the unit was warm. The temperature read 77. It was set at 69 but not cooling. We contacted the owner before 5 pm. He instructed us to turn it off & back on & let him know what happens. We did this & texted back. He did not respond until close to 8pm. His eventual response was that he would have to send someone out around 10-11 am the following day. That evening we had to open the screened windows, which was a moderate invasion of privacy with how the unit is set up. The temperature in the unit that night was 78-80. Host offered no sort of apology/ discount on the night. While I know the issue was not his fault, and once it was fixed it didn’t happen again, I still don’t think it was handled well. The unit and building need some serious TLC & the bed in the master is hard. As I said, the unit is not very private. The windows and balcony are exposed to the other buildings breezeway. You get a small “care” package with one TP, paper towel, trash bag, dishwasher pod, and travel dish soap. Bring any towel you will need (from home) for your stay. There are NONE, not even in the kitchen. I didn’t think about that when packing. Sheets are provided, but you will have to make each bed. All that said, my family and I really enjoyed the area & had a good time, but we would not choose this unit again if we were to come back.

Perfect location for our stay to meet up with friends near RV park and extremely short and easy acces to the beach. Unit had everything we needed. Kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of nice quality dish, pots and pans, bakeware, utensils, and variety of small appliances. We did bring an air fryer and slow cooker. Bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and throws. Very clean and temperature easily adjustable for comfort.

"The Cape" Was Amazing!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "The Cape" in Rodanthe, NC. The condo was exactly as advertised and close access to the beach and pool was perfect! We would highly recommend this to any beach-goer and will definitely stay again!

Great vacation spot!

We so enjoyed our stay! This is a very spacious, beautifully decorated condo. We enjoyed our meals on the porch where we could see the ocean and enjoy the breeze. The owner did a great job communicating and offering advice to make our stay more enjoyable. Woudl defnitely stay again. Thank you!

Repeat customers

This has been our third stay at this property and we continue to love it! The property manager couldn't be better responding to any issue we've had. Over the years, it is starting to show a few dings and scratches we hope will be spruced up soon, but still our favorite rental in our favorite community.
