Nothin' but A Breeze is single family home in Windmark Beach, Creekside Village phase. This phase is unique offering larger lot sizes, and close proximity to the beach access, less than 2 blocks, & partial water views form the front patio. Beach Access is a breeze with the provided beach wagon, umbrella, and 4 beach chairs. The community offers resort style amenities such as a large community pool with zero entry, miles of boardwalks, multiple beach access points, on-site gym, and restaurant; View on 98. Best of all, there is 0 construction in this phase.

Nothin but A Breeze offers accommodations for 8 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Enjoy tray ceilings, stone countertops, stainless appliances, hardwood floors in the main living areas with carpet in the bedrooms. The front covered patio has two rocking chairs and is a great location for morning coffee or afternoon tea. Relax on comfortable couches in the living room with Bluetooth speakers, large flat screen Roku television, DVD player with library, books and puzzles. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, as well as Keurig and standard coffee maker. Cook your catch on the provided propane grill and enjoy al fresco dining on the rear screened in porch. There is ample seating for 9 between the dining room table and kitchen bar. Each guest room offers a flat screen Roku television, comfortable bedding, closet access, and shared bath with shower/tub combo. The master is a suite to definition; with an attached bath featuring a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and private water closet. All linens, less beach towels, are provided.

Guests are provided with a starter supply of amenities. Amenities include 1 roll of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 Palmolive, 2 kitchen cloths, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash liners per receptacle, 1 box of laundry detergent, and 3 makeup remover wipes, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 hand soap, and 1 body bar (per bathroom). Depending upon guests length of stay, additional amenities may need to be purchased.
