Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Sandy Toes is a single family home in Windmark Beach, Creekside Village Phase, with accommodations for 8. Designed with tray ceilings in the living and master, luxury vinyl plank floors, Sandy Toes is open and airy, whisking your worries away. Enjoy partial water views from the front porch while an additional screened lanai provides al fresco dining options. There are miles of beach to explore with easy clean up with a hot/cold outdoor shower. A resort style community pool with ample lounge chairs, green space, outdoor showers and shared restrooms is 5 blocks away. The city center provides on-site restaurants, View on 98, Bruno's Pizza, and more!

Dogs are welcome at Sandy Toes. Pet restrictions include dogs only, under 40 lbs., hypoallergenic. Leash laws are enforced as Windmark Beaches are pet friendly as is Downtown Port St Joe. Socialize easily with a fenced dog park nearby.

Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.
