Our stay was great! House was clean, proximity to everything was great. Our host Chris was amazing and always answered in a timely manner when we had questions. I recommend this property!

A delightful area, close to the beach, quiet yet convenient. Well equipped including a deluxe electric cart. Very responsive owner manager.

Great place to relax! Plenty of space for a large family. Quiet neighborhood. The pool and beach is within walking distance, although it would be a long walk with all your gear and toys. The golf cart made them much more accessible (and was fun to drive!).

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! While we were traveling, the original contact person listed for the property did not respond to our texts or emails. Fortunately, the owner reached out to us directly with all the information we needed. He was friendly, responsive, and very helpful.The home was exactly as described—beautiful, spotless, and well maintained. We loved not only the house itself, but also the neighborhood, the convenient beach access, and the community pool.What really made this property stand out was the included golf cart. It was so much fun cruising around the neighborhood with the kids, and it made our stay even more enjoyable.There were six adults and two children in our group, and every one of us had a wonderful time. Thank you for providing such a fantastic vacation experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to others!

We stayed a week at this property for Spring Break. We had two adults and four kids (ages 9-17). Everything was great and there was definitely enough room to spread out. The house was very clean and in a great location. Easy access to the town of Port St. Joe as well as the amenities in the neighborhood. The owner was very quick to reply with anything that we needed. The kids loved being able to take the golf cart down to beach, pool etc. Everything was also within walking distance. We have stayed in this neighborhood before but preferred the location of this property over the last. Heads up that the smaller pool in the neighborhood was extremely cold (but it was April). The larger one was great. Highly recommend checking out the Shipwreck Raw Bar for dinner as well as the antique shop in town. There's also a candy shop within the neighborhood that our youngest was really excited about. We will definitely consider staying here again if/when we visit the area.
