beautiful home with a breath taking view of the Mykkaya river. Nice covered porch with a jacuzzi for 6. And a nice pool. House is less than 20 minutes from boca grande beach/Island.close to shops restaurant and 15-20 minutes drive to englewood beach. Pin pin, bikes, stand up paddle, domino and other games available to use with the rental. Also very close to restaurants, bars and less than 30 minutes away from fishermen village.

If I could book this house for every trip to the coast, I would! Everything was absolutely fantastic, from check in to check out. The house was comfortable and clean and the pool was refreshing after coming off the sand bar on the boat. 10/10 recommend!

Second year we stayed at this house, was just as great as the first year. Great view of the water from the lanai (which was fabulous). House nicely decorated and spacious. It was easy to communicate with the host. Highly recommend this house.

Absolutely loved the location and the home

Had everything to offer and more for us, we fished, swam in the pool, sat in the hot tub, and everything in between, we loved our stay and was nearby some family. Communication with our host was great and highly appreciated and they responded so quickly when we needed help or had any questions. We absolutely will plan on booking another trip and staying here again, thank you

Great house

The location is perfect for us, close to family and friends. The house is spacious and nicely decorated. Our favorite was the lanai and water view. Ossie, the host, was the best, always available when contacted. We would definitely recommend this house. We already reserved it for next year.

Beautiful canal home

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house on the canal. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access out to the harbor. The owners were easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

Spacious yet homey, very comfortable. Sensational views, quiet neighborhood. Great fishing. Great restaurants close by. We are already booked for next year. The owner was very easy to deal with and replied quickly. Kitchen was well supplied.

Great place

Beautiful remodeled house. Had an issue with the hot tub and the owner had the tub replaced with a new one. He wanted to make our stay enjoyable and he did. Would definitely recommend this place. We stayed 66 days and enjoyed everyday.

Winter Golf Get a way

The location was perfect for us , very little traffic and close to the golf courses we ant to play. It was a very quite neighborhood leading to nice morning walks. We enjoyed the hot tub daily and the views were spectacular of the water and nighttime sunsets The newly redesigned inside of the house was a surprise but it was a great one. This is a stay that I highly encourage

The house was wonderful! The location the space size the overall cleanliness was absolutely the best that we’ve stayed at in a long time. My only recommendations for improvement would be to add cleaning supplies! There was no cleaning supplies. There was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a partial roll of paper towels on the kitchen counter. If we’d known that we needed to come with all of that stuff we absolutely would have but like there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. There were no Lysol wipes or kitchen counter spray or anything for keeping up with the cleanliness while we were there. There were no extra trash bags. We had one trash bag in each can and that was it. So I had to go to Walmart and buy all of that kind of stuff and we’re the kind of people that we bring everything with us that we will need because I don’t wanna have to go to the store and go shopping while on vacation. Maintenance wise the guest bathroom shower, hot water does not work very well. We ended up all sharing master bathroom so that they could take hot showers.also, in that guest bathroom, the air conditioner vents are covered in black mold. Definitely needs to be addressed. Lastly, there was one washcloth and two hand towels in the kitchen I request several be added we bought some at the store to use because I did not wanna have to wash laundry every day to have clean washcloth and hand towel towels in the kitchen.

Great location and beautiful home

We loved our 5 night stay at this home. We brought our boat and spent most days on the water. The kids fished off the dock and caught snapper, a sting Ray and a small shark. This home has been recently updated and was well stocked. Our teenagers enjoyed using the kayak and paddle board in the garage. I would 10/10 recommend this property and book again next summer!

60th Anniversary Trip

Remodeling was a pleasant surprise. Could improve in Household supplies. No dish soap, and minimal toilet paper. The lack of cable limits the availability of news & sports Overall, an excellent decision and we would stay again.

Nice Waterfront Retreat

The home was great. Nice decor and very clean. Only issues for us were kitchen was not fully stocked (didn’t even have cooking trays to make frozen pizzas) and we were very disappointed the listing said there’s ping pong but it was buried in the garage behind fiberglass insulation so we couldn’t get to it to play

Winter Getaway

Overall this VRBO was a great winter getaway, but needs attention in a couple areas. There are NO hand towels or washcloths and only six bath towels for accommodations of up to eight people. The hot-tub was chemically unbalanced and we couldn’t enjoy it because of its toxicity.

Great stay at Gulf Cove

Gulf Cove was a large house. The screened in deck & hot tub were our favorite feature. The location was great. Very close & convenient for necessities as well as restaurants & activities. Ossie was great with communications. We will come back in the future.

Family vacation

The house was very large and comfortable. Our daughters and sons in law joined us for a weekend and we were able to accommodate them. The neighborhood was very safe and next door neighbors were friendly. The screened in lanai was great and the hot tub enjoyed every day. The owner responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay again
