Enjoy the new resort style heated salt water pool (with option to be heated for a fee), sun ledge and hot tub. 🐬 Located on exclusive Manasota Key, picturesque views of the Gulf of Mexico abound. The key is a lush tropical island and offers eight miles of tranquil, sugar-sand beaches and radiant blue water. Enjoy world-class fishing, aquatic adventures, or relax on the beach and watch the dolphins, manatees and avian life.
Located near fantastic restaurants and unique shopping experience.
ONE OF ONLY A FEW HOMES ON MANASOTA KEY WITH AN OPTION TO HAVE THE POOL HEATED.
Let the healing smell of the salt air and the soothing sounds of the Gulf lead you to your next home away from home. With all the modern comforts in place all you have to do is relax on your short stay or extended visit.
The soft sand and crushed shell bottom of the Gulf is perfect for swimming. After a day of sun head to Englewood shops, bars, & restaurants.

POOL / HOT TUB
There is a charge to heat up the hot tub otherwise it functions as a spill over spa / pool.
Our pool and spa can be heated for a fee of $35 a day. The pool can be heated to 78 - 84 degrees. Please let us know at the time of booking or text us the day before if you would like to have the pool and spa heated. We do not profit from this charge, it's merely in place to cover the energy cost.
The system is new and very expensive, it's completely operated by the owner's cell phone. You have to contact us if you wish to have the pool and spa heated. Please allow some time for heating. All fees for heating of the pool / spa must be paid in advance.
Thank you for understanding.
There are cameras on the outside of the property, including the pool and spa area. Surveillance devices are only used for security purposes.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We were familiar with the area, and love the location. Having the pool and hot tub made it perfect, especially on the few windy days. It is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants are nearby. We hope to return again! The host was very communicative and helpful! Perfect stay in paradise!

Very Nice House

Very nice place...Very clear with instruction but a LOT of instructions...Emailed information ahead of trip with the access code however it was buried at the end and not with door lock info so I mistook the code for a phone number...We were only there for two nights but too many instructions for a week stay...and too many cameras

One week in Manasota with 2 retired couples

Pool is amazing. Definitely get the heating going unless there in summer. The key was devastated by 2 hurricanes last year but the house is fine. They are hoping to get most beaches back open in a few weeks. We are a make lemonade out of lemons group so had a great week. Martina is awesome and very responsive

This place was nice....

This was a nice little getaway - it had most of the necessities you want when renting a house. Having a heated hot tub was very nice since we had a few cool days during our stay. We had some issues with hot tub starting it up and turning it off ( no real way to view it ) since it was controlled remotely. Good location - close to several restaurants and easy to get to Venice for a day trip.

Cozy house with private pool

The house was very clean and had all the essentials. The outdoor pool and hot tub was great. Easy walk to bay dock with lots of fish. If you cross the road and go down an access area you can go to the beach. However, the beach access currently drops you off right in the water but it is shallow and you can walk in either direction for more sand.

Manasota Getaway

This cute little, private house was perfect for our stay. Lush vegetation outside and very comfortable inside. We used the pool and hot tub daily as well as walking to the beach. The walk to the beach is about a 3 minutes. Restaurants right in town or drive across the bridge to find more. We will definitely return.

Clean, Responsive, Quiet Neighborhood

Martina was very responsive and thorough in our communications. The location was great for us -- a family of 4, hoping to avoid wild spring break crowds. The key/area is a bit of a retirement zone which worked for us. Kids loved the pool and there were many activities within short driving distances. Would stay again, thank you.

Awesome pool and hot tub

This place is awesome! I highly recommend it. It’s very clean and comfortable. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. It felt very private. The beach is across the street. It’s a beautiful beach. We got to see dolphins a few times. The back bay is great for fishing and kayaking.

This place is amazing!

We absolutely loved this place. We can’t wait to be back already. The house was very clean and kitchen was well equipped to make any meal. We spent most of our time at the heated pool and hot tub. The beach was right across the street. It’s a beautiful long uncrowded beach, perfect for morning walks or sunsets. We also got to fish at the back bay behind the house. This house felt very private comparing to the other places we have previously stayed at on Manasota Key. Heated pool is a must if you’re coming in the winter months. We also enjoyed eating at the restaurants right on the island and getting free shuttle rides around. It’s very convenient. Thank you. We’ll be back.
