Great spot!

We really enjoyed our time here! Plenty of space, and clean and comfortable all around. Great views, used the hot tub daily, and the steam shower was a nice feature!

Peaceful Home

We loved the gorgeous property, home, hot tub, and sauna. It was such a restful vacation. This was our second time to stay here, and we were very pleased.

Lovely Cabin

We had a wonderful time recharging as a family at your cabin after skiing at Wolf Creek. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. We loved the musical instruments in the front room. The surrounding area is beautiful and we enjoyed visits from deer and a fox! Thank you!

Great Ski Trip

Property was very clean, lots of neat features and cozy. Kids enjoyed the hot tub! Super close to town without being IN town. Communication with host was easy and the cabin had everything we needed for my daughters birthday ski trip. Will book again next time we go to Wolf Creek!

Great Stay

We had a great week and enjoyed the house. (Two families - 8 guests) Plenty of space and fun surprises around every corner. Royce was very responsive and accommodating. If you’re looking for loads of space, a beautiful view, and great location - this is your spot. 35 min to Wolf Creek and 5 minutes from town.

Wonderful family experience

Me and my family had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family and the location cannot be beat. The owners, Royce and Dyan, were very responsive and helpful, and the caretaker, Mike was great. We would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a fancy / new house, this is not your place. If you are looking for an unpretentious, functional, comfortable house with amazing views and no real neighbors to speak of located about 5 minutes from town, I recommend.

Beautiful views. The house was close to town and activities in the area. We loved the seating areas. There were spaces downstairs to spread out .... play board and card games. ...read.. relax .. or watch TV Royse was very very responsive to any issues that arose. We enjoyed our stay. My husband and I are looking forward to another visit with our daughter and her family.

Christmas getaway

The property was even better than advertised! The owners were easy to communicate with and had a fast response to any questions I had. The house was perfect for our group and there was plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the location, close enough to town but yet plenty of space outdoors to play in the snow! The views from the house and porches were amazing! We will definitely be returning again!

Wedding Weekend

Perfect place for our rehearsal dinner and celebrating with family and friends. Great place for crafting meals, enjoying nature, and making memories. Location was directly across from our wedding venue which was incredibly convenient! Royce and Dyan were fantastic at communicating and helped us facilitate a beautiful, memorable weekend!

We are blessed to own a beautiful 13-acre property just 5 min south of Pagosa Springs which short-term rent when we can't be there ourselves! Our guests can enjoy all the outdoor activities Pagosa has to offer plus a spacious 3072 sq ft house to gather in! Pagosa Springs is a picturesque small town surrounded by majestic mountain ranges.

Incredible Mountain views! 13 walkable acres to play on! And so close to town! Small intimate gatherings welcome! Very Peaceful setting...lots of wildlife...panoramic views!

Please Note: We do have good internet but this is the mountains and outages are common and beyond our control!

Directions: From the south going up the 84, you'll see a colorful sign on left saying Holiday Acres. We are right around the bend on the left! If you are coming from the north on the 84, you'll see Hart's Cabin, we are the next driveway on the right after you round the bend. We are also across the 84 from Elk Wood Manor. The sign at our driveway is "Echo Canyon Guesthouse."
