When you enter this unit there is a sleeping area with a king bed, TV and night stand. You then pass through the kitchen and have a sitting room with a sleeper couch, TV, table and chairs. This unit has a balcony with two chairs and great view of the Gulf of Mexico overlooking the pool. This property is located in a very popular area of Panama City Beach just minutes from Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex, Frank Brown Sports and Aquatic Center, Walmart, City Pier and Gulf World Marine Park. This property has a pool, hot tub, tiki hut, charcoal grills but sorry no elevators, In the unit you will find dishes, silverware, glasses and a single set of towels and bed linen. Linen and towels are yours to use and maintain during your stay. There is a guest coin operated laundry room on the property.

views breathtaking stunning beach front location

Unit was dated needs repairs we not certain wiring that dangle was safe. Although smelled cleaned but when to walk around barefoot socks and feet blackened. Posted beach (no dog allowed signs) but not enforced. A lot of barking!! The bed needs to be lifted off the floor 6-8” comfortable but too low on ground for elderly couples to climb in and out off

Beautiful condo and close to everything!

We loved our stay here!! Bill was very nice and accommodating. The location was also perfect. Just a few minute walk to Pier Park and Sharky’s Restaurant! The condo was nicely furnished and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

Beach weekend

Room was ok but nothing fancy for the price. Dated interior and bed was basically on the floor. Owner did not contact me for payment like he was supposed to. No email to make payment. I had to contact him. No instructions for check out. Nice location but will stay somewhere else next trip.

Great Place and Location

My husband and I stayed at this building 2 yrs ago during our babymoon but I will happily say the stay this time with a different unit and owner was MUCH better. Bill was very informative and friendly. The beds were a bit uncomfortable for my preference but I am overly picky about what I sleep on. Can not wait to go back hopefully in the fall!

Great spot.

Worked great for us. Needs door knobs on the kitchen units and the hot water heater is hooked up backwards so tempreture control in the shower is a difficult.

Amazing hidden GEM

This is definitely our favorite go to now!! Clean, updated appliances beautiful view and walking distance to everything you need!! We never had to drive. Pier park is 2 blocks away and multiple restaurants as well! Bill the host was very attentive and friendly!!

Cannot wait to come back

Second time at the property. Location is great and the beach access is the best. Property manager Bill and staff are on hand and extremely friendly. Condo was clean and super cute for my family and I. No complaints on our end. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back.
