The Space:

Decorated with elegance and plenty of greenery, this condo is perfect for relaxing by the sea in style! Enjoy a stunning view of the Gulf from your private balcony. Inside, you can relax in central air-conditioning while your swimsuits go around in the private washer/dryer. Gather for dinner in the dining area or at the breakfast bar. The full kitchen has plenty of equipment for cooking your favorite vacation meal. Each bedroom is spacious, but the main bedroom includes a bonus private entrance to the balcony. Enjoy beach access during your stay as well as a shared outdoor pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower, so you don't bring the sand indoors!



If you want to get even closer to the ocean, sign up for tours and fun ocean trips at Crab Island Watersports, just one mile from the condo. The area around this condo is full of delicious seafood to be enjoyed, such as the crab legs and steamed oysters at the Old Bay Steamer just under a mile away. Wild Willy's Adventure Zone is three miles away by car and offers bumper boats, a ropes course, and so many more family-friendly activities for folks that want to stay more inland.



THINGS TO KNOW

Construction will occur on the property from August 14, 2023, until February 16, 2024. During this time, the balconies and walkways will experience closures. Doors will also be repainted. Noise may be audible during work hours.

Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is available from March 1 - October 31.

Beautiful home on the beach!

This home was beautiful! It was pretty well-stocked with dishes & towels. It was clean and very comfortable. To list it as sleeping 8, we wished there would have been a couple of extra blankets or throws, as our daughter slept on the couch and didn't have bedding. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the beach access perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, close to all the amenities. There was an outside tote with beach chairs, sand mat and some toys to use. Pool was perfect temp. There were no coffee fitlers, or basics like salt and pepper.

Christmas Vacation

No, not like the movie, all though the Goatfeathers Restaurant was not open. It was a wonderful and relaxing time. Cool walks on the beach, not a lot of folks. Very quiet and relaxing.

Great Beachside Condo

I stayed here for a few nights while some coworkers and I were in town for meetings. The 3 bedroom 3 bath worked out perfect for us since this was a work trip. Beautiful condo with an even better view. Wish I could have stayed for a vacation, but hopefully will be back in the future. Really enjoyed it.

Spent cool week with much relaxing. Eating, talking, reading, and sitting on beach in a sweatshirt. Deck was fantastic, great view, sun was warm, and could get out of wind.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and spacious. View is phenomenal. Only downer was the parking pass. Need to come up with something disposable. Shouldn’t have to pay if it is forgotten. The rest was great.

Clean 3 bedroom

The property was very clean. I also liked that it was on the corner of the building. I has its own porch by the front door where it be can store rafts, yet it’s not far from the elevator. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The only change I would make is to replace the dining room table. The glass top sits on two wide shell shaped legs, but it’s not attached. It’s easy to tip the glass top if one presses on the edge of the glass.

Only one elevator was working upon our arrival and until the last day of our stay. The HVAC filter in the unit was very dirty and replaced at our request. The handles to the outside of the sliding glass door were missing and we couldn’t get the dock to work. The shower curtain in the master bathtub was put on backwards and had stains. The tub handles were yellowed and moldy looking. Nice beach and beach service .

Definitely needs some adjustments to the place.

This place needs some cleaning and sprucing up. The couch had some type of liquid on it. Several spots were stained. It was pretty gross. The towels were cheap and rough to the touch. The beds were not comfortable at all. Very stiff. There were not enough blankets in the condo. Only one sheet for the sofa. . We had to ask for them since it was so cold during our stay. Management did get those to us right away though. At one point we turned on the heater, and it made the smoke alarm go off. Once it warmed up we just used the a/c. It was very noisy. It sounded like a plane was taking off every time it clicked on. On a positive note, the view was beautiful and we liked that it was a corner condo. If improvements were made, I could see staying there again, but not in it’s current condition.
