BNB Louisville presents The Duet! Wow! Beautiful modern and classic style in the heart of NULU, Louisville's hippest part of town set between downtown, the Highlands and Germantown. This listing gives you access to 2 massive suites (the Old Fashioned & Kentucky Mule) perfect for larger groups. Yes, you get all the amenities of 2 separate spaces in one spot - 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, etc. Amazing renovation is part of NULU Marketplace - the new multimillion dollar development with eateries, shops and high end vacation rentals

Yes 2 suites in one! The main entrance opens to give you connected access to both suites, The Old Fashioned and The Kentucky Mule.

The Old Fashioned is a cozy historic space with exposed red brick walls, soaring high ceilings, original hardwood floors, woodwork and doors. There are two decorative marble fireplaces, beautiful cherry wood kitchen with counter seating and high end furnishings. The extra-large bath with shower, soaking tub and double vanities are a guest's delight.

The Kentucky Mule has an urban modern vibe. The large bedroom has 2 comfy queens, original hardwood floors and a large walk-in closet. A spacious living area features an ultra chic living room with high end furnishings including daybed and trundle for larger groups plus a dedicated work space for school or business travelers. And the modern Euro-style kitchen with ample counters is stocked.

Both suites have laundry areas with new washers / dryers. All amenities and furniture are brand new and selected for a comfortable stay. Coffee Maker and Coffee included. 4K Smart TVs with YouTube TV for local and cable channels as well as your favorite streaming accounts. Guests will have combined access to both suites with a keyless door lock. Cleaning supplies are available for your convenience. Ample off-street secure parking available in Nulu Marketplace parking lot off Main Street.

The apartment is in the heart of NULU - Louisville's hottest part of town near downtown Louisville. Guests can expect to hear the hustle and bustle of the Nulu neighborhood, as well as the outdoor events in the courtyard of Nulu Marketplace. Best part, NULU Marketplace has it all at your fingertips. Step out of your suite and check out some of the great things NULU Marketplace has for you. West Sixth NuLu brewery/bar, Emmy Squared Pizza, Buff City Soap, The Craftery, Hectare's, Mamili and Hazel+Hunt.

We are located a short walk or quick Uber from Bourbon Distilleries, Whiskey Row, Bars, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Art galleries, Waterfront Park, Slugger Field, Lynn Family Soccer Stadium, Yum Center, Kentucky International Convention Center, Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory and major medical facilities all within a little over a mile. Great Louisville location

We frequently visit Louisville but this is first time we have stayed here. Great location great neighborhood and great apartments. Highly recommend staying at either.

Perfect location and property for a bourbon trail trip.

Close to everything in Louisville. Great base location for a bourbon trail trip. Five of us stayed at the property and it was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

We rented this space for a 50th guys getaway. It was the perfect location and accessible to great restaurants and spaces. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Louisville area.

Fun area, great space, but watch add-on fees

Great location. I gave my sister and her husband the biggest room so we could visit there. It was a lovely condo. The smaller condo had a small bathroom, but it was serviceable. And the living area and bedroom were quite adequate for two people. The kitchen was nice and mostly well-equipped. Older vacationers might consider the stairs. (We were 65-76.) Managers could add some Kleenex, more TP, and paper towels. The per-night price was acceptable, but the additional charges (linen fee, cleaning fee, service fee, property protection, and lodging tax) added more than $400 to the total. And you were asked to strip your bed, bag the trash and wash your towels. Communication was good with the managers. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at check-in, but they fixed it quickly. The area was very nice: plenty to do in the marketplace and we even walked downtown one night.

Great location

Stayed at this property while our son was at orientation for University of Louisville. This property was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for touring Louisville! Many walkable restaurants nearby! The host made the stay seamless, would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing Place For A Small Group

6 of us stayed here for a guy’s weekend in Louisville and we couldn’t be more happy with our choice. The historic home was amazing with tons of space to spread out and relax. So many great food and beverage options literally less than a block away and even the restaurants we visited downtown were within walking distance. Everyone asked when we could come back!

Great Accommodations in NuLu

Awesome spot to stay for a stay to experience Louisville. We lucked out visiting during Bock Fest and witness goat races. Easy walks to distilleries, breweries, shops and restaurants. The Duet is spacious, clean and has a lot of charm. If you’re considering a visit to Louisville this is a great place to stay!

Perfect Location!

This was an amazing spacious, beautifully decorated accommodation. I love how easy checkin and out was. We felt safe and were able to walk to nearly all locations we had scheduled for the weekend. 💯 would recommend this suite for your next stay in Louisville!

A Louisville gem.

Had a great visit to Louisville. We took my mother there for her 60th Bday to visit the Waverly Sanitarium. The property was great. It was a bit tricky to find but that was probably due to me. The suits were very clean and absolutely gorgeous. I feel the appliances and fixtures are dated for such a beautiful place. Everything worked except for the griddle on the stove which we looked forward to using but not a big deal. It could have been user error. The location was phenomenal as it was close to some local eats bars brewery and all kinds of awesome shops. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Louisville and would definitely bring my family back to stay.
