The home is set in Deer Park, steps away from the trendy stretch of eateries, craft beer taverns, fashion shops, and cocktail bars along Bardstown Road. Take a stroll through Cherokee Park, then see a movie at the nearby Baxter Avenue Theatres.



Getting Around:

Easy in and out access by car or walking. Ample off street parking in back of house for 2 cars. Others could fit drive or street.



Other Things to Note:

Great location! Walk one block to Shenanigans, an Irish neighborhood bar & grille, Sunergos, a locally owned coffee shop, and Kaelins, a renovated upscale urban chic restaurant/bar.
