Completely remodeled in 2021, this concrete home has very spacious bedrooms (each with a KING bed), beautifully appointed with all new furniture, new gourmet kitchens and new bathrooms.

70’ of Deep Water dockage included in rate. Bring your big boat(s)! Large, deep canals with Drawbridge out to ocean via Snake Creek! Parking for one trailer on lot.

Two Bedrooms and Two full Bathrooms upstairs with large kitchen and open living floor plan. There is also a full sized washer and dryer and large closets. Wonderful screened porch for your morning coffee where you will be sure to see some great wildlife (tarpon rolling, birds and an occasional dolphin or turtle)!
Downstairs (separate) you will find a Large ONE King Bedroom and Full Bathroom with full kitchen and large living room. Walk out the sliders to the pool deck, and amazing view of the canal.

Our on site care taker is in a separate apartment (ground level street side) and is there to help with maintaining the property and is a great resource for local fishing spots!

Such a fantastic place to stay !

We had an amazing month at the house in Venetian shores! It was perfectly suited for me and my husband and my brother in law and sister in law. We also had guests in and out over the 4 weeks. Jennifer the property manager was super responsive to all of our inquiries and the house caretaker was such a sweet man who we thoroughly enjoyed his company. The downstairs apartment was clean, updated with fantastic appliances and beach decor. The pool was lovely and clean. The hot tub also was available for us, and cleaned on a regular basis. The dock fit our 2 boats and they have an empty lot adjacent to the house that was ours to use to store boat trailers and plenty of parking for 2 large pickup trucks. The tiki hut was the perfect location for us to get out of the sun if we wanted and we did happy hour each night with Sonos music available. The upstairs main apartment has 2 beautiful bedrooms and 2 full baths with laundry. The kitchen, living room and dining room were also updated with new appliances and tasteful decor. Screened in porch was a great location for morning coffee. The location of the neighborhood is by far the best in Islamorada. It’s central to many restaurants, marinas, grocery stores and founders park. It’s a great place to take long walks throughout the neighborhood and admire the lovely homes within Venetian shores. Overall we gave it 5 stars ! Can’t wait until next year!

The house is a. 2/2 upstairs and a 1/1 down. There is a quiet full time caretaker in a studio apartment street side downstairs. The caretaker does not use any of the house amenities and has lots of local knowledge.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Islamorada is the 'The Fishing Capital of the World' and it offers Great fishing in the gulf or ocean side. There are plenty of guides you can hook up with, as well as 'head boats/party boats) where you can walk on for a reasonable cost and fish the reef (just a few miles offshore). Bring your own boat or charter with a guide. .Try your luck fishing right out front for Bonefish, Permit & Barracuda on the flats. Or check out the mangroves for Snapper and Snook or off reef for Mahi Mahi (Dolphin), Swordfish or Grouper. Enjoy the views of the blue waters; swim in the large heated pool or just relax in the tiki; take a quiet stroll through the neighborhood ; take in some sun by the pool.
Restaurants: a short walk over the bridge is Hog Heaven (a night spot) and the Island Grill; a few miles south is upscale Pierre's on the Gulf and the more casual Islamorada Fish Company next door (both are next to Worldwide Sportsman (quite an attraction) for fishing tackle, clothing, and a large indoor aquarium); also a few miles south is Holiday Isle, the Green Turtle Inn & many more eateries. Some other favorites are Kaiyo, Islamorada fish company, Morada Bay, Marker 88 and the famous Cheeca Lodge.

Feed the Tarpon at Robbies, Boat and Wave Runners rentals ywithin walking distance.Check out www.islamoradatimes.com for more information.

Also Theater of the Seas is right up the road and offers DOLPHIN SWIMS and sea lion shows and more. It is a must see attraction and if you do want to swim with the Dolphins make reservations as far in advance as you can.


Founders park is 1 miles north and offers a large playground, a big beautiful beach, Olympic sized pool with diving boards, toddle water park, tennis and pickleball and public boat ramps. There are also many restaurants near Venetian Shores and a couple larger marinas where you can get a fishing charter or just go watch the boats come in and show off their catch.
