Make Yourself at Home on our Private Pool Deck with Spa

Come play in this Sunny South facing Saltwater Pool and Spa.

The huge pool with expanded deck for lounging is perfect for family fun and relaxation.

This four bedroom, three bath home is located in a quiet residential subdivision on a large corner lot yet still close to Disney, shopping, and golf.

The master bedroom has a new king bed, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower, and direct access to the pool area.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3 with twin beds.

Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and an attached bathroom with shower.

There are plenty of linens and towels provided.

The king and queen bedrooms have new Samsung smart TVs for streaming your favorite programs.

The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances.
It has all the small appliances, pans and tableware needed for a great meal or a quick snack.
A formal dining room, kitchen counter seating, and a breakfast nook table provide plenty of choices for enjoying a meal together.

The family room has a large TV with cable programming and a formal living room provides another lovely seating area for conversation.

The garage has been converted into a games room including pool, table tennis and darts.

The utility room has a full sized washer and dryer along with ironing board and iron.

This home will be the perfect place for your Florida vacation..

This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking for an additional $35 per night (ask for details)
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.

Fantastic house and vacation

We had great week at this house, house very clean, check-in was super easy, very quick to reply to any questions I had. Pool area was awesome, lots of room for a group of adults.

Beautiful home and great location

Travelled to this villa from April 26 to May 3. The location and house were both great. Pool is stunning and we used every day. The host was great before during and upon check out. Very responsive and made the rental smooth. Orange tree is a quiet pleasant community which we always enjoy.

Fantastic.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. The neighborhood is so quiet. The location is away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a short drive to Disney. The house was in great condition and very clean when we went there. I would recommend this to anyone!

Great Area

Villa great, everything good inside. Just one problem, pool water level kept dropping so pump/filter stopped and heating stopped. Phoned management company who advised topping up water level with available water hose. This worked and heating came on again BUT had to do the same again a couple of days later. May be a leak in the pool.

Orange Tree

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I could not get grands out of pool. The property was great! Everything was done on-line, did not have to speak with anyone. Information was sent to me via email and at 4:00 sharp, we checked in with bags and groceries. The property is close to all parks, we could actually see and hear fireworks from lanai. Thanks for your hospitality!

Fantastic Home

Everything about this home was great. Really great communication with the property managers to the ease of checking in. This area of Orange Tree is a beautiful neighborhood and I would definitely stay at this home again.

Great Vacation Spot

We spent 12 days in this lovely home away from home to get out of the northern winter weather. Very comfortable home, we enjoyed the pool and spa nearly daily. Great neighborhood, close to lots of dining and Disney locations. We will definitely stay again.

Family Thanksgiving

A very nice vacation over the Thanksgiving holiday . The floor plan worked well for extended family. We liked the separate family/living area for those who wanted to watch sports and those who wanted to visit or read a book. Furniture was comfortable. The formal dining area was used for special meals and we used the kitchen table for a puzzle. Because it was centrally located everyone was able to find at least one piece! We enjoyed the patio/pool area and it was worth the expense to heat the pool. The kitchen had ample cookware and the pantry had useful items that we didn't have to purchase. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. My husband had doubts for 3 generations under 1 roof but it worked. and we definitely would stay here again.
