Cette belle et récemment rénovée maison de 5 chambres est située dans une communauté fermée magnifique et calme. C'est votre maison loin de chez vous. Seulement 10 minutes des parcs à thème Disney !! Il dispose d'une piscine privée orientée sud-est, d'un spa, d'une grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon et d'un écran plat dans chaque chambre! Wifi inclus!



Professionnellement et localement géré, une grande chambre king avec 2 lits queen et 2 chambres avec deux lits jumeaux chacune. Les chambres à deux lits sont parfaites pour les jeunes ET les jeunes d'esprit avec le thème de Frozen et Star Wars. Toutes les chambres se trouvent au deuxième étage. La suite principale dispose de son propre coin salon et de sa propre salle de bain privée avec une grande douche et une grande baignoire. Deux autres salles de bains avec douches sont également à ce niveau. 



Le rez-de-chaussée de la maison comprend 2 salons, une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes, une grande salle de jeux avec table de billard et air hockey (situé dans le garage), une salle de bain 1/2, la buanderie avec lave-linge à chargement frontal et sèche-linge et une cuisine entièrement équipée.



Après une journée bien remplie dans l’un des parcs, profitez de la piscine privée et du spa qui s’appuie sur une grande pelouse pour un peu plus d’intimité ou détendez-vous simplement au bord de la piscine ou à la table sous la véranda, jouez au billard Faites du hockey aérien dans la salle de jeux ou regardez un film sur l’une des 6 télévisions à écran plat de la maison. 



Si vous souhaitez rencontrer de nouveaux amis, profitez de la piscine chauffée et du spa du club-house avec son personnel amical et serviable, sa bibliothèque, sa salle de fitness, son arcade et son billard! La communauté a aussi une petite aire de jeux, idéale pour divertir les plus petits et un joli mini-golf. Pour ceux d'entre vous avec de jeunes enfants, il y a une chaise haute et une poussette dans le garage.



Enfin et surtout, vous serez proche de tout! Affamés et ne veulent pas cuisiner - il y a un pub à l'entrée de la communauté juste à l'extérieur de la porte, prenant quelques minutes à pied, une petite promenade plus loin et plusieurs restaurants de restauration rapide tels que McDonald's et Dunkin Donuts. compter dans la distance de conduite étroite. Besoin de fournitures et d'épicerie - un super Walmart est à quelques minutes en voiture et il y a 3 épiceries Publix tout près et pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas vivre sans leur latte - Starbucks est également à deux pas. Pour les passionnés de golf, il y a aussi un parcours de golf à proximité, avec beaucoup d'autres un court trajet en voiture. Les points de vente et les offres sont partout avec mon préféré, les Premium Outlets à environ 25 minutes en voiture. Ça vaut vraiment le coup.



Nous ne pouvons pas oublier la raison pour laquelle la plupart d'entre vous viennent! L'entrée de Disney est à seulement 6,4 km. Sea World, Universal et le Convention Center sont à environ 15 minutes de plus. Quatre grands parcs aquatiques et des centaines d'attractions moins connues se trouvent tous à un court trajet en voiture de votre domicile.



Jeunes ou moins jeunes, il y en a pour tous les goûts dans la région d'Orlando et notre objectif est de rendre votre séjour mémorable.

The host was very responsive. The house was exactly as advertised, clean, and perfect for a large family on vacation. Drive to/from parks were a bit longer than advertised, but it is nice to be away from the tourist areas. We could never figure out why the hot tub wouldn’t warm up. The pool was heated perfect.

This was the perfect house for my family's trip to Disney World. Very close to the parks and the house is spacious and very clean. My kids loved the Frozen and Star Wars rooms and the game room. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of extra blankets and towels for everyone. The pool heat worked great, but the pool was cloudy. Apparently the pump stopped working during our stay.

Pool was great, the heating went wrong for a couple of days. Our host sorted this issue out the day we complained. All areas were clean, the kitchen was well equipped.

As we do want all of our guest to offer suuggestions or tell us if they enjoyed their stay we too would want them to be honest in the review. Your statements on heat and sheets are not true as we always use good sheets and nothing is old and we had the heat on. We always go above and beyond on having clean and fresh linens with no stains. As for the coffee maker, you never called during your stay to say the coffee maker wasn't working properly. We did check it after you departed and we did rectify that with the cleaning process with vinegar. As we state in your arrival information that we only provide a starter kit for you as we don't provide all the toilet paper for the entire stay. We leave coffee, laundry soaps, a nice set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash and each bathroom has tp and we leave a roll of paper towels. You also broke the cover on the thermostat that clearly said to not tamper with it. We do go above & beyond for all of our guest to make sure they are happy and everything is working properly. When you and I spoke after you left you were very rude!! I would hope you would check your arrival info before arriving at a home so you know what is expected and what you need before arrival in the near future. You all were very dirty and nasty and we would never rent to you again.

Home was clean and inviting. The host was quick to respond when needed. There were minor issues but it didn't affect our stay and we were so busy running around that I didn't reach out (the single serving coffee pot was broken. It would take three to four tries to get a full cup of coffee. Also, I attempted to get water from the fridge and the line must have been clogged because it had a hard time coming out and then a bunch of black water came out. We didn't try to use it again.) Our biggest concern which I reached out about was the quality of the pool. It was extremely dirty with large black deposits on the bottom. The host was notified and she sent someone out to clean it the same day. Unfortunately, my daughters got in it later that day and their hair was damaged! I'm assuming chemicals were used but we were not notified that it shouldn't be used. My 11 year old was upset because her hair felt like unbrushable hay and was breaking off. After several hair washes over several days it got better. After that, we didn't use the pool again. Everything else about the house felt clean and we were able to feel relaxed in the house.

At first, I want to thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We do go above & beyond for our guest and we do want to make sure everything is working properly. We will gladly replace the coffee maker as we had checked it and it worked properly. Also, the pools have had pollen in the pool and no chemicals in the pool would harm anyone's hair as that is a saltwater pool and the pollen has not been so good this time of year unfortunately. Normally if a pool is shocked, you wait 1 hr but nothing should damage her hair with regular chemicals as pools are treated weekly and salt is better than a chlorine pool. As for the water in the fridge, a new filter was put in and possibly not completely flushed through before use. I assure you everything is good. We are glad that you all enjoyed your stay and look forward to having you again in the future.

A great base for theme parks. Kitchen not as modern as the rest of the property but contains everything required. Clean inside on arrival. Weeds still around the pool but this did not affect us and pool itself was clean.

The house was beautiful and clean. Pool area definitely needed to be cleaned prior to check in. Outside of a lot of hair and other debris in the water, my kids found fake eyelashes on the ground next to the pool and a beer can in the filter. "Princess bathroom " also had issues with not having hot water which management was very responsive about when contacted

Excellent property for the vacation

Myself and another family rented the 5 bedroom home for a vacation. Property was clean and well maintained. Kids loved the pool, hot tub and game room in the garage. Was close to Disney and many other restaurants and shopping.

Great location for vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Quiet neighborhood, heated spa, cable TV...exactly what I consider a relaxing vacation. Shawna was very attentive to all of our needs and questions. DEFINITELY book this one!!

Very comfort stay

Property was ready for our arrival, clear and easy instructions on how to enter the community as well as arriving at the house. Size was very convenient. House provided the basic needs as stated, owner communication was good. Temperature of the house was very comfortable no discomfort with Temperature during the day or night. Really advise reading the handbook provided that goes into detail while staying at the property.
