Chic Haile Village 2bed/2bath Condo Overlooking Nature -Access to Pool & Gym

The condo is located in a lovely country club neighborhood. It is a second floor corner unit with a balcony overlooking greenery. On Saturdays there is a farmers market which is a one minute walk and often times there is live music on Fridays. Multiple restaurants are within walking distance and even more are a short drive away. You will have access to the pool and gym right next door. The condo is within a 15 minute drive to UF and Shands.

Guests will have access to both the master and front bedroom. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds plush linens, bedside tables and table lamps. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk in tub/shower. The master bathroom has a rainfall shower-head. The kitchen comes with updated stainless steel appliances including an LG dishwasher, french door refrigerator, top of the line range and microwave.

Guests will also have access to a petite dining room with a table that seats up to four guests, a living room with a pottery barn couch and west elm lounge chair as well as a 60 inch apple TV.

There is a home office desk with desk chair and a stand for your laptop as well as two screens you can connect your laptop to for multiple screens if you desire. The unit gets a lot of light as it has large windows and overlooks greenery.

There is a balcony attached to the unit that has a swinging hammock chair and a whicker loveseat.
