Steps from the Beach! Ocean View, Clean, Beautiful Villa by Coligny

This beautifully updated villa is located on South Forest Beach Drive, close to Coligny on Hilton Head Island. This villa features 1 bedroom, 1 updated bathroom, hardwood floors, beautiful kitchen for basic cooking, breathtaking ocean views from the patio, and it's just steps to the beach. The porch has two comfortable chairs, as well as, a table with seating for 2 for relaxing after a day at the beach or community pool. There is also a BBQ grill for guest use. Please enjoy the two complementary beach chairs, toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, condition, body soap, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish soap, and hair dryer), bed linens, and bath towels.

SLEEPING: 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofa bed. Pack and play available for babies/toddlers
COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Pool, BBQ, great deck overlooking the ocean
INDOOR LIVING: 1 flat-screen Smart TV, hardwood floors, updated kitchen and bathroom
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, dishware & flatware, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and basic cooking items
GENERAL: Air conditioning, smart TV for streaming, complimentary toiletries, free WiFi, linens/towels, and common space washer/dryer available a few doors away from the unit.
PARKING: You will need a key fob to have access to the gate for parking. One key fob is provided for your stay. You can request to have this fob mailed to you prior to your visit or can pick it up prior to parking. If key fob is lost or not returned after your stay, a $200 fee will be issued to you.

THE AREA: The unit is located on South Forest Beach Drive. This is the perfect location to relax by the ocean, and be close to shops and restaurants. Coligny is walking distance from the villa and has many attractions (shopping, restaurants, even a small movie theater). At the Sea Side Villa Resort you can enjoy the amazing resort deck overlooking the ocean, pool, private parking and great views of the ocean from the villa's balcony. Come and enjoy all that Hilton Head Island and Sea Side Villas have to offer making this the perfect vacation.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: You are steps from the beach!! You will take the resort beach path to the ocean and will have your toes in the sand within 3 minutes from the unit!

Overall acceptable villa, but needs a little TLC

Overall acceptable villa, but needs a little TLC. Drapes in living room need to be replaced, they had cuts in them that had been taped over with packing tape. The living room light/fan was unusable due to a very shoddy repair. The refrigerator made loud noises on and off, and that, coupled with a very noisy and creaky bed, made it hard to sleep. The bathroom only had one towel hook.

Perfect size

The little condo was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and facilities with the pool and laundry. Overall a great place to stay!

Great location and hospitality

I had a wonderful week in Hilton Head. Everything is close by including the beach, shopping, restaurants and golf courses. The owner was very communicative.

Relaxing Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. If you’re searching for a property for your vacation getaway then book this condo. Property is clean, and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Plenty of bike paths too if you want to bike around area.

Laura’s place is awesome! Well updated and virtually beachfront, without the beachfront price! I traveled with my 13 year old niece and it was a perfect space for us!

On the beach

The location is perfect, right on the beach. Condo had beach chairs and a lot of kitchen gadgets. Only thing missing is TV in bedroom. Check in was super easy with door codes. We checked in late at night. Had to leave early for family emergency. Advised Laura of this and she was sympathetic.

Peaceful Condo

This was a great location. The property is beautiful and convenient to lots of attractions. Plenty of parking.The condo is well furnished and beautifully decorated and modern. Space is limited though and not really any place to unpack clothes or store suit cases. There is one elevator for the complex and was located in the other end of the building. This is also near public Beach access so the beach was more crowded.

Clean Spot for a Getaway

Property is as advertised. Perfect location next to Coligny Park which has a bunch of activity. Laura was great and quick to respond when I had questions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, clean spot with a beach view.

The Perfect Couples Retreat

Beautiful property!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Sea Side Villas. The location is perfect! You have the beautiful ocean on one side of the property and the bike path on the other! The Villa was very comfortable and perfect for my husband and I. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was very quiet. We decided to cook in a few nights and found everything we needed to prepare our meal. The property owner was excellent to work with. She answered all of our questions promptly. This is our fourth time staying at Sea Side Villas. We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone who enjoys the beach, biking or walking. The Villa may be a bit small for a family of four or four adults.

Good place

The owner was very strong communicator and was available every time I needed her. The building itself was well maintained. The neighbors were quiet for the most part until the last night where there must have been kids running up and down upstairs (what are ya gonna do, ha) the beach was nice but crowded (we were late august) Overall, I would suggest if you don’t mind a crowded beach. The building was great and the owner, phenomenal.

South forest rental

Rental was well and nicely equipped with amenities and had everything for two people. We needed cabinet space in the master to put clothing. Many of the cabinets in the bedroom were full and the tv cabinet was empty. ( Suggest moving games etc to tv cabinet.) Gate code was changed and not communicated to us and we needed help from other guest to access parking one night.
