Spring break getaway

Great stay! Enjoyed with our teenage kids and dogs. Activities for everyone from Pickleball, fishing and shopping. House is located next to a restaurant with great outdoor seating. House is very clean and has everything you need. Highly recommend!

Perfect home and location!

We had a fantastic long weekend at the Union House. The home was just perfect!! It was extremely clean, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. It was even bette than the pictures! The owner was great with communication. Location was the best. We loved the snack bar!! Couldn’t have asked for more.

Perfection!

The property exceeded our expectations. From snacks and coffee bar to the golf cart and fully stocked kitchen it was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone and lots to do in this special community. We will be back and this place will be the first we will check availability!!

You will not be disappointed!

This was easily one of the best VRBO's we have ever stayed at. The host went above and beyond to make guests feel very comfortable from fresh flowers to a stocked drink and snack bar. All questions were answered very quickly, the property was better than described, and the host was incredibly accommodating. My only hesitation in leaving this review is that it wont be available when I want to use it again :) Absolutely 5 STARS!

Perfect lake getaway

This house is in the perfect location, walking distance to everything but has a golf cart option which makes it even better. Great house layout, comfy beds (fit 6 easily), everything was stocked up beyond expectations and the screened in porch was wonderful. Loved it all!

July 4th get away

We cannot say enough great things about this place. Clean and laid out perfectly for our family. The open concept was great for our dinners. My husband enjoyed the smoker. It is close to everything. The Meeting House is next door so if you want a quick bite or get a sweet tooth it is right next door. We hiked, swam, rented kayaks and padddle boards etc. Lots of fun memories. I would do it all over again. Look no further this is the place. The hostess was in touch the entire time amd it was such an easy process. Customer service at its best. Thank You, Danielle!

Fun Easter Weekend

My husband took the kids to Carlton Landing Easter weekend. They had a wonderful weekend there as usual. This was their first visit to this particular home and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The kids particularly liked the snack station set up upstairs. They used the fire pit for smores and grilled burgers one evening in the semi-private backyard. We would definitely visit this place again.

Adorable house in an adorable town. Right next door to The Meeting House which was so fun and convenient (worth noting that the live music can be loud - it ended at 10 but something to note if you have little ones trying to sleep
just bring a sound machine and you should be fine). We will be back!!

Wonderful Hosts!

We have rented many homes in Carlton Landing over the years and our hosts at this house really made our stay stand out above the rest! They stayed in contact with us to make sure everything comfortable and enjoyable for us. The property was in the perfect location, so close to all the 4th of July festivities! We LOVED the layout of the home, especially the fact that there were separated living areas. Our teenage boys took over the front living area and the older adults claimed the kitchen and back living area. : ) Another great aspect of this house was that for the first time ever, we didn't have to bring extra TP, paper towels, kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, or spices! They had everything very well stocked!

Perfect getaway!

Our getaway to Carlton's Landing turned out exactly as I had hoped. Carlton's Landing is no ordinary lake spot. It's a unique experience. My daughter and son-in-law were very impressed with what I picked as a vacation spot and loved the house too! The decor was totally up to date, clean, and very comfortable. The photos represent the property perfectly. Danielle was a great host who was available to support us during our stay. The house location is excellent. It's close to everything, perfect for a short walk or a quick golf cart ride. We'll be back again, and we'll choose this property again.

Ministry Retreat

We stayed in Carlton Landing for a fall break getaway with college students. We were so comfortable and felt very well taken care of before, during and after our stay. I would definitely recommend this house and renter and I would definitely stay here again!
