Beach Block Getaway - Decks and Views in North Brigantine

Relaxing single family home one block from the beach! Beach is still large at N 10th street due to 2023 replenishment and along the sea wall.

Three bedrooms comfortably sleep 7 adults. Reverse floor living - bedrooms on the elevated 1st floor and living / kitchen / dining on the 2nd floor. Decks and outdoor hangout space is what makes our home really special - 450 sq feet of deck space on the 2nd floor for dinner and lounging outside after a long day on the beach or the water. The 3rd floor is another deck perfect for watching the sunrise over the ocean and ideal for a little yoga! Still looking for more outdoor space? Additional decks on the 1st floor rear and 2nd floor facing the bay side.

The house is stocked with basics, plus lots of extra for an ideal week down the shore including 6 adult bikes, 2 kids bikes, beach chairs, an outdoor shower and changing room, and a large grill out back. Yard and yard games!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were easy to get ahold of if needed.(though we didn't really need anything) beds were comfy, beach and place to eat were within walking distance. Great with 4 small kids. Not a busy beach town like other jersey shore locations.

Great Family Beach Week!

Another great family beach week - this is our third year! We love the location to the beach and hanging out with the family on the deck. The house is super clean, well stocked, and so comfortable. Alicia and Kevin are great hosts.

Amazing beach getaway!

The home was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Alicia & Kevin were great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, just a block away from the beach! Looking forward to staying at your home in the near future.

My husband and I were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary, could not have picked a better place

We had a wonderful stay. I have rented for many years at the Jersey Shore and this truly was the best place we ever stayed at. Loved the decks on decks, the house, the beds (best beds ever slept in), the location, the quiteness, the bunnies, the neighbors and the thoughtfulness of Alicia and Kevin. Lookings forward to staying next year.

A week at the shore

Our second family stay. Great location, short walk to the beach. Paved parking would hold 5 cars off street. Beach is clean and deep. Pretty much everything you could want is in the kitchen or storage closet. From beach chairs to bikes for all ages. Don't really even have any negatives to mention.

Incredible!

Great experience with owners, it was like talking with friends. House was beautiful, decks and view incredible. We so enjoyed our time in Brigantine and can say the best times were at the house!

Best location in Brigantine!

We truly enjoyed our time at this lovely home - a family gathering from both west and east coasts! Check in was a breeze and the location cannot be beat. Having bikes and beach chairs on-hand was incredibly convenient. The beach was a short walk away and the beach area was wide, clean and not crowded at all. We loved walking to the observation deck for beautiful sunsets. We really enjoyed using the bikes to explore the area as well!

Great House!!!!

This was a great property. House was very clean, well stocked and wonderful location. The bikes were such a bonus to the property. Outdoor shower was large with a dressing area. The owners were very responsive. I would recommend this property.

Wonderful Beach Getaway!!

This house was a perfect beach getaway for my family! The house has ample space to spread out (3 bedrooms), a large main kitchen/living space, and 3 decks. The house is also only one block from the beach!! Have your morning coffee outside on the deck while listening to the ocean… heaven!!! The owners are quick to respond if you need anything, and they provided linens and towels too (so accommodating). It truly was a pleasure to stay here!!

Great location and great house layout

The house was a very short walk to the beach and we really appreciated the ability to utilize the bikes and chairs. The house was fully stocked with everything a kitchen needed and the decks were a great hangout spot. We truly enjoyed our time at the house. Our only minor complaint is that the main floor was much warmer than the second floor where the AC unit was. Would gladly stay again.

Great Beach house

Loved this beach house. Perfect for our family which included our grown children, grandchildren and in-laws. Our favorite space was the deck with the fire pit. The house was super clean, well stocked and the furniture very comfortable. The house was close to the beach, which was perfect for small children. Alicia was easy to work with and responsive. Highly recommend and would love to come back.

Beach Block ~ Brigantine

We had a great stay. This rental had everything we could have needed from a great deck with an ocean view to a propane fire pit to a propane grill. This property had all of the amenities to cook including coffee and spices to use for cooking. Having access to a washer and dryer was also a bonus! We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evenings and the quick 1 block walk to the beach. We couldn't have asked for place to stay. We will look forward to returning next summer!

Great Beach Property!

This is a great beach location - easy, short walk to the beach, stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella and corn hole! All the furniture appeared to relatively new - the couch in the living area was super nice, with pull out foot rests, very clean and easily sat 6 people; the dining area had a very nice table; all the beds were comfy and the outdoor furniture was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed (except a blender!) and was stocked with essentials (soap, paper towels, some spices). I would recommend this property!

Great beach block getaway

We had a fabulous stay at this beach get away. The house was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen/dining and living space was all open concept which was great for gathering. The bedrooms and bathrooms were so clean and comfortable. Everything seemed new with all Modern updated finishes. There was a nice grilling area downstairs with little lawn as well and plenty of parking. So close to the beach! Perfect for families with kids and lugging chairs/toys there and back. Easy beach access a block away. The owners were so nice and easy to get in contact with! We had a great stay and would definitely go back.

Nice property BUT access problems

Good property but my husband took a hard fall on the driveway area on a low step that is impossible to see. I also tripped even though I was aware of it because it is u marked. Other issues for us was the high number of steps and 3 staircases which made it too much for my elderly folks to visit. I would recommend that description include fact of so many steps so other families will know.

Brigantine

Cleanest beach house we ever rented. The owners have all of the finest details covered on all levels (sheets, towels, bikes, entertainment, etc.. Could not have picked a better place. Really appreciate everything the owners do here down to every detail to make it a seamless and easy place to live in for beach vacationers. The rental was worth every penny. Definitely a place we would rent again in future years when we decide to vacation at jersey shore. Also liked the town a lot versus Ocean City and other options. It is very quiet and AC is next door so we went into AC a few nights to eat. You kind of have the best of both worlds in Brigantine in terms of the overall experience. The rooms and house is much bigger than it appears to be in some pictures and the ocean views are awesome. The south end of the island has a lot to offer with Golf, the ocean preserve, just south of the seawall, etc.
