1890's Turn-of-the-Century Charmer within walking distance to downtown Boerne dining, shopping & Boerne Hill Country Mile (0.4 Miles / 8 Minute Walk). Situated on nearly an acre along Cibolo Creek; this recently remodeled 2 bedroom (King & Queen beds) / 1 bathroom (vanity and toilet in one area, another vanity w/ shower and separate clawfoot tub in second area off primary bedroom).
Home boasts classic charm with modern amenities including Alexa. Fully stocked kitchen. Your first morning coffee is on us (k-cups, cream, sugar). We want our guests to feel relaxed and comfortable which is why attention to details and amenities are important to us.
Enjoy the spacious fenced yard where you can play outdoor games or relax and drink your morning coffee or evening wine on the porch rocking chairs.

Located right behind the Main Plaza Park, close enough to walk to events at the Plaza and to Main St.

This house is a "girls-trip" dream. It is so beautiful inside. Farm-country chic. Every detaiil has been thought of and every corner is decorated. The beds were so comfortablle and the linens were like fluffy clouds. I could find zero things to complain about. I highly recommend this house.

Girls Weekend in Boerne

The Boerne Bungalow was just perfect for our girls weekend! Very clean, stocked with all the amenities, and the decor was just lovely. Located just a few minutes walk from Main Plaza where you will find the cutest shops and delicious restaurants. We look forward to returning soon!

This is one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had. The house is even better equipped, charming than described and everything was so well decorated and laid out. The check-in and out experiences were super easy and clear, we locked outselves out accidentally and they responded and opened it in record time! The kitchen is really well stocked with every appliance and utensil you could need (although we didn't do a lot of cooking!) 10/10!

Perfect location

We came for a weekend wedding. We had a welcome dinner Friday and the wedding Saturday and the house location was perfect for both events. We really only got ready and slept at the house, but it was great!

The house was beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, everything you need including glorious bathtub. Great location close to town, HEB grocery maybe 2 miles way, highly recommended Boerne Taco House super close - can’t wait to go back
