Proximity to downtown Boerne doesn't get much better. Cozy, secluded, stylish cottage nestled on almost an acre 3 blocks from the heart of downtown Boerne shops and restaurants. Historic home fully renovated and furnished in hill country farmhouse decor. Enjoy a peaceful morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine on one of two decked patio areas. Using your well-equipped kitchen and outdoor grill, gather for meals at inviting indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Perfect home for family get-away or friends get-together.

1st Bedroom: 1 king bed, separate full bath off of living area.
2nd bedroom: 1 king, 2 twins and TV/game area, with connected full bath containing shower/tub combo and stacked washer/dryer.

Full kitchen that opens onto living/dining spaces. Two outdoor decks with seating and dining areas. Property is secluded, private, and partially fenced, while still only 3 blocks from Boerne’s historic downtown.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway in Boerne. Everything we wanted was within walking distance and easy to get to. The house was immaculate, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitley stay again!

Lovely house in a a great location by the main street. Well furnished and had all the bits you’d need stocked in the kitchen. Would stay here again on future trips for sure!

Great Girl's Weekend

This rental was clean, cozy, well supplied and came with the extra bonus of wonderful wild life to watch while enjoying a glass on wine on the back porch. We will stay here again.

Quaint little house in the heart of Boerne

We enjoyed our stay. This little house was perfect for us and our couple friends to explore Boer e for the weekend. Drinking coffee on the front deck watching the deer graze was awesome. Highly recommend.

Private Paradise

This house had all the charm of a small town and privacy. What a cute house with everything you need for a short or long stay. It is also close to the Main Street shopping. We will be back.

Perfect weekend

Perfect place for our annual girls weekend get together. Our first time to Boerne and it was Market Days and Hill Country Mile Rod Run. House was perfect for our group and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Back porch was great for enjoying our coffee and watching the deer. Highly reccommend.

Really Lovely Place

We had a wonderful stay here. We came for Dickens on Main weekend with my parents and our two children, and we could not have been in a better location. We were easy walking distance to Main Street and all of the events, but the house is far enough back from the street that it was still quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The beds were great. The host was very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect in every way!

Great house in a perfect location. The house was very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located just a short distance from everything Boerne has to offer. One evening during our stay, there were 10-12 deer in the front yard! Close to the action but far enough away for peace and quiet. Perfect! We highly recommend this property.

Sister Trip

Me and my 3 sisters booked this stay for our yearly sister trip. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. We pulled up the driveway one day and about 9 deer were out in the yard. We also got to watch them sitting out on the back deck. It's just a few blocks from Main street but very quiet at the house. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Rosewood Cottage

This was the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. From answering questions right when I booked our stay, to flexibility when we needed to extend, Maridee was a generous host. The cottage is lovely and exactly as advertised, with gorgeous decor and great supplies. We had a minor plumbing issue on a Sunday night and the host had it repaired in a matter of hours. If you are looking for a cozy, quiet, and peaceful retreat in Boerne this is it! Thanks Maridee for being a wonderful host!

Nice weekend away

This little house is back in the property away from any road noise. The old house is very welcoming. Beautiful renovation has been done, bedrooms, bathrooms, floors and ceiling. Yes this house is 3 blocks away from Main Street, but the walk seemed shorter. Shopping, restaurants, and the river walk are all in walking distant. The kitchen is small but has everything. Very nice stacked washer and dryer. Shower were renovated, roomy with great shower heads The one bed we slept in was very comfortable. Porches outside and the outside grounds around the house could use a little TLC. We sat outside in the mornings drinking coffee and watched the deers. Boerne is a great place to get away. This little house did not disappoint us. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Boerne stay

Have to say that the hosts were most gracious to offer us a later check out which was so kind- so hate to say anything negative about the experience. However, there were a few things that I did not love. The toilet and sink in the main bath would gurgle and sounded like they could erupt at any time- I was super worried about this. There was a lizard in the shower which totally creeped me out. The refrigerator had birthday sprinkles on the main shelf which made me feel like the rest of the place was not cleaned either. The lighting in the bedroom Was very dark and I was getting ready for a wedding so that was hard
and no full length mirror anywhere
 all that said it was a fine stay and like I said the hosts were very nice.

Very comfortable get away right in the heart of Boerne. I enjoyed coffee on the back deck with the deer in the mornings. The well-appointed kitchen, with an array of spices and modern appliances made it easy to prep for some potluck dinners with friends who are locals. Wonderful location, wonderful home, wonderful hosts!

Satisfied all of our needs. The home has a special feel of an older home that is very well kept up. Very nicely appointed interior. The lot is huge where kids can run around with the deer. Kitchen was fine, had everything we needed.

Girls Trip

This property is amazing! The location is just around the corner from Main St., but yet you feel like you are tucked away and secluded from everything. The house has everything you could want for a get away. A very relaxing atmosphere. The host was amazing! So accommodating and kind. We were a group of 6 retired teachers and couldn’t of asked for a better experience! Thank you so much!

Boerne cottage

We stayed at this Boerne cottage for our anniversary and it was fantastic. Perfect location, walked a couple blocks to Main Street, for shopping and dinner. The cottage has two decks for relaxing with a glass of wine. We enjoyed watching the deer as they walked through the property. You feel like you are a little secluded while being minutes away from fun on Main Street. We will definitely be back!
