On Beautiful Chain O' Lakes Illinois in-between Nippersink Lake and Grass Lake. This 3 bedroom 2 bath lake house is smack dab in the middle of the 14 beautiful lakes that make up the Chain O' Lakes. Relax on the front porch or the second floor deck and watch the boats go by, witness beautiful sunsets each evening. Bring your Boat to enjoy all the lakes have to offer. The space
Large 2200 sqft house with lots of extended living area with heated garage, 2 deck areas and back yard. The house is located in the middle of the Chain O’ Lakes. It is in between Nippersink lake and Grass lake. Entire house on a quiet private drive.

Dining space: very roomy area with large table for 10 and bar seating (3), comfortably seat 12-14 and plenty of room to set up folding table/chairs if needed.

Sleeping space: 6 beds in 3 Bedrooms with option to pull out 2 additional floor mattresses/linens (twin and double) that can be used in any room. There are also couple of cots/ beds and sleeping bag as well.

Guest access
You can use the whole house, garage, lake, dock, front yard and back yard. There are also a kayak and canoe you can use.

Other things to note
1. Master Bedroom: In the closet, there are 2 additional mattresses (twin and full floor mattresses) and complete set of linens/pillows/blankets for each. Plenty of room to set up in any of the bedrooms and easily moved where the extra bed space is needed.

2. 3rd Bedroom: Setup as a Queen and 2 twin beds, however, there is an option to convert the two twins into king bed if preferred. Please request this option in advance and we will have it ready.

3. All Bedrooms (Optional): We have just installed track room curtain dividers in each of the bedrooms to have the option to separate bed space for privacy. Easily draw them closed to minimize sound and light between beds in room. (New in feb 2021).

4. Office space (2) : full size desk/chair with printer in master bedroom sitting area. Smaller desk/chair setup in 2nd bedroom as well.

4. Garage: large, oversized, heated garage that extends the living/gathering space with bar area, couch, table, game area, speakers/sound system/karaoke setup, and full screen and projector for movies/TV watching!

5. Dogs are welcome for addl $30 fee per dog. (Please no cats due to allergies).
