Margaritaville Huge 5 Bedroom/2 Boat slips Sleeps 14

Come visit Lake of the Ozarks! We're located in Tan-Tar-A Estates right in the Margaritaville resort gated neighborhood. Located in a quiet cove, you will have your very own private dock great for swimming, fishing or just hanging out enjoying lake life. The deck will also have a propane grill provided. This home is 4,000 sq. ft., has 5 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds (ALL KING SIZE!) and 5.5 bathrooms. It sleeps about 14 people and has 5 parking spots. The deck overlooks the lake with three private balconies and three large common deck levels. Best sunset view around. The boat slips are each 28' x 12'. There is a jet ski slip, lounge chairs, and a large picnic table on the dock as well. Great spot for large summer gatherings with a massive dock to fish off of and store your boats and jet ski for your fun on the lake. Four dedicated parking spots and access to two communal pools. Lake life awaits!

Great house that sleeps 5 couples or more easily and with their own bathrooms. Deck is awesome and allows you to be right next to the water!

Fantastic Summer Home!

This place made our stay at Lake of the Ozarks perfect! Lots of room for our entire group. Huge decks with a great view of the lake. The host always responded immediately. Will definitely stay here again next time!

Amazing views

The house was amazing! Beautiful view of the lake and easy access to swim. Kyle was amazing to work with and responded to us when we needed help. Very relaxing weekend with family. Thanks for an amazing time!

Weekend Wedding Celebration

We had a great weekend celebrating my daughter’s wedding. She got married down the road, not at this property. I will start with the negatives and wrap up with the positives. Upon arrival we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the home but Kyle quickly sent the property manager out to address our concerns. It’s October in Missouri and cobwebs are to be expected, we just wished that someone would have come by prior to our arrival to take care of them. Kyle sent a cleaner out to also address the dirty floors. She focused on the main level, which was fine but the kitchen could have used some more love. There were spider webs and dust everywhere. Again, October in MO so we get it. There were a few things that were damaged such as a toilet seat, broken towel rack in almost every bathroom, missing shelves in the fridge, a broken chair, missing microwave vent, and a few broken pictures. These things did not prevent us from having a good time but they should be addressed. We caught some great fish off the dock. The fire table was a much loved touch on the cooler nights. There was plenty of space for a large group dinner but the separated decks were great too for those times that you just wanted to enjoy the lake alone. We enjoyed the view and loved watching the boats go by. The two separate kitchens made preparing our meal so much easier. This property is perfect for large groups or separate family/friends because each room is spacious and has its own bath. Most have beautiful views of the lake too. We talked about returning this summer for a different experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful. Location is amazing. Parking is tough, but that is consistent with every house in the area. We can't wait to come back!

New Year’s Bash

The house was great as was the grill, fire pit and Internet. However, the towels need to be replaced and the code for door did not always work. Finally, make sure there are enough garbage bags and laundry detergent if you want the renter to start a load as they leave the house. Yes we would rent again.

Family Christmas and it was a perfect place for everyone to have their own space. Great time!

Easy to rent and everything was as advertised. Easy check in and only issue was where to park all out vehicles. It wasn’t a problem with it being the slow season but could be a problem in busy season.

Ready to get away

This vacation was awesome. Great house to stay in, very clean. Most accommodating for our group of friends. Great location. The boat dock worked out very well!! Had a great time!!
