Mother's Day Weekend Escape

Great place, quiet, clean and convenient. Love the bike path at nearby Fort Pickens. Can't beat the access to restaurants via a short walk to the bridge area.

Nice accomodations

The listing was a little incorrect in that there were no smart tv's, and it would have been helpful to have more than 1 key fob, but overall it was worth what we paid and we greatly enjoyed our time at the Sabine.

This was a great condo for the family for the few days that we were in Pensacola Beach. We had a great view of the gulf, there was some traffic noise but no other people noises at night.

Me and my 3 friends had a wonderful stay. Beach was not far. Water was awesome. Only complaint would be no light fixtures in either bedroom or living room (lamps).

A week long getaway

Everything was fantastic from the booking process, the condo is well equipped as advertised and the view is excellent. The only complaint is the weather refused to cooperate with us. There's still plenty of activities to enjoy even when it's raining. We took advantage of all we could. We will be back!

Great views

Location was great. Only wish you had beach access across the street. Easy access to restaurants and shops. Water pressure in unit not good. Jetted needs work and lights throughout The unit flickered alot. Furniture was comfortable and seeing dolphins every morning was a highlight. Would recommend this unit to friends

Tired of walking

This was a nice condo. The view was beautiful. My biggest complaint is that they did not tell us it was a four minute walk to access the beach. The four minute walk was not mentioned until after I had booked the room.

Great Location, very nice property

We had a blast, the location is great, and easy to access all of pensacola beach. Everything with the condo was as expected, and was very clean and well maintained. We didn't have any issues with the property at all. The only downside was that beach access was a little harder than we expected. The condo is across the street from the beach, and you can't cross over the dunes. So you have to walk about 400 yards down the beach (Past the Holiday Inn express) to get to a public beach access.

Happy days

Friendliness of all other people in the building was a plus. All good, but disappointed by small-mindedness of: no coffee filters, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no coffee, salt or pepper, only 2 dishwasher pods which meant we used a lot more hot water hand- washing dishes.

Fantastic

The unit was a bit dated but it did not take away from the beautiful view of the beach. A simple walk across the beach and the public access way is right there. One minor compliant, the master bedroom sliding door isn't sealed properly. So the wind from the storm that evening was making a whistling noise. I put a towel to help soft the noise. Overall great place to stay and I would stay again.

Too “Out-of-Date” for me to Rebook

Property & grounds were clean, Condo was very spacious, but between the need for a *Major* “up-to-date” facelift of the place and the fact that everything was so “bare-bones” (1 roll TP, 1 roll PT, no spices, no ice tray, etc.) I will not be rebooking at this particular property. I will say the ocean view was beautiful & the balcony was very spacious. This was my first time to not book with a “SuperHost” and I know the difference now.

Overall Pretty good

The property is older and in need of some updating and there's no one you can call if you have an issue, just a number to text and wait for a response. This property has gulf views but there 's no deeded beach access so you can't just walk across the street. We had to walk a little ways down the street to the public beach access which was not too convenient with three kids and all of our beach stuff. Also, if you need to use a luggage or grocery cart they're on level 0 next to the fitness room (it's not posted anywhere). Overall it was a good stay and the Beds were all comfortable but we would probably opt for a beach front condo next time.

Where to find keys was not clear.

It was not clear on where to get our keys to check in. Instructions said the key would be at end of hall I. The lock box. The lock box was there labeled our unit. I called they they said try the lock box on ground floor. There were lock boxes there, but not one for our unit. While we were looking the asst building manager came by and he let us in. The next day they brought our keys. Apparently, they were o. The next level down. To us the ground level is where you enter the building, not the basement. This need to improve. Can’t tell you how frustrating this was. Also, the 2nd bedroom was advertised as 3 twins. They were move like cots, very uncomfortable for adults. Would be ok for kids. Everything was fine.

Pensacola condo

Condo was overall nice and spacious. Master bathroom jet tub was older and didn’t look like something I would want to sit in. Second bedroom with three twin beds smelled as if the sheets on the bed had been left in the washer for too long causing them to smell like mildew. Luckily, this was not an issue as we did not need to use those beds. The king size bed was nice and clean, but very very firm which was not overly comfortable and I was very glad to get home to my bed. The pots and pans weren’t great and I was very nervous to prepare meals for my 8 month old in them as the nonstick coating was extremely scratched and peeling. Other kitchen utensils and supplies were very nice. The beach access at the holiday inn was closed due to renovations so the walk to the beach was further and enough of a hassle with an 8 month old (which even without the extra walk it would have been a struggle haha) that we only went once. We enjoyed our time just small things that could have been better!

Almost perfect!

This was almost perfect! Almost in the sense that the agreement states this is a non-smoking facility. Upon check in, when in and getting out of the elevator there was a horrid odor that I couldn't put my finger on. Well, turns out it was CBD Vape odor. There were many times our time on the balcony had to be cut short (day and night) due to the cigarette smoke (allergies) wafting up and over from other balconies. Not only cigarettes, but CBD vaping and I know this because of the nasty skunk-like smell it gives off. I witnessed folks smoking on balconies while at the pool (bay side). Folks also vaping CBD in the elevators (personally witnessed) and around pool. Internet was spotty at best and it was easier to just not connect. I would also suggest powerwashing near the pool area in the off season and not when folks are trying to have a relaxing morning out by the pool, while on vacation. Other than that, it may be worth another stay in the future.

Beach View with Easy Access

Condo had a great view of the beach and was just a quick walk across the street. Wish the pool was heated but a great stay overall.
