This condo is one of the Pensacola Beach, Florida vacation rentals that is a great choice for a group of six people looking to spend their trip near the beach. You will feel right at home while curled up on the couch in the living room watching your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV with your friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and cookware so that you can make a savory meal for your loved ones. Pensacola is a nice area.

A lot to do with family or even friends would definitely recommend going at least once. Make sure to try the diesels at flounders!

Beautiful Pensacola Beach Condo!

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation stay at Pensacola Beach! This condo is super comfortable for myself and a few friends, has a great unblocked view of the cove, and rests in the perfect location for good local eats, entertainment, and beach access. I was honestly sad to leave but grateful for the space. I'll be renting here again FOR SURE!!

Quiet Bayside Getaway

I was honestly surprised that I never walked over to the Gulf side because it was very close and I figured I’d live there over vacation. However, the unit was right on the bay, and it was very peaceful, much more than I expected. Furniture desperately needs to be replaced (both beds were good though), and the floors need a really good scrub. My feet were black after going barefoot, but overall, it was good

Good Trip

Overall, it was a good trip. The location is great as the beach is a 3 minute walk, the covered parkimg was nice, there is a sidewalk in front of the property that allows you to walk for miles in the mornings, the bay views are beautiful and the beach area at the bay is ideal if you dont want to go to the beach at the ocean. The only complaints are that the AC wasnt working properly, there weren't curtains in the master bedroom (as pictured) so it was very light at night, and the headboards hit the walls when you turn over. These are all easy fixes though so Im sure theyll be taken care of.

Did not get the Condo as promised

I reserved and paid for a condo on the bay at Pensacola beach, the day before arrival I was told due to some maintenance issue they had to cancel the reservation. I was shocked to say the least! after hours on the phone, emailing and texting, fighting to get another place with no extra fees(as this was not my cancellation) I received a condo NOT on the bay, in the other direction. it however was clean and decorated nicely. I did not have a bay or ocean view. I did have a water fountain and pool view. In the end, it was fine however I was very disappointed I did not get the condo as originally purchased.

Had an amazing honeymoon! The condo was very clean and was just as posted online. Loved the ocean view every morning waking up. Will definitely stay here again!

Great view of ocean

There is no elevator access. The property had a great ocean view and fully equipped kitchen. The washer and dryer are stackable so keep loads of wash small.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was excellent and the view of the bay was excellent as well. The only complaint I have was that the sheets on the sofa bed were not clean and had crumbs in them. Thank goodness there was a washer/dryer in the unit. Other than that we had a nice stay.
