Très beau 2 pièces / 1. 5 salles de bain, 5ème étage du Golfe face à la plage condo avec vue sud-ouest impressionnants sur la plage. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, planchers de tuiles partout, laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité, 3 séries de grandes portes coulissantes en verre conduit à l'immense balcon privé donnant sur la plage / golfe. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 avec un lit queen dans la chambre principale, pleine taille dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit dans le salon. La propriété comprend également un fossé côté piscine et terrain de tennis double. Le condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, mais pas plus de 4 adultes s'il vous plaît. Pas d'animaux / non fumeur. Âge minimum de 23 ans pour réserver.

Heure d'arrivée: entre 16h et 22h, heure centrale
Heure de départ est à 10h heure centrale
Nous pourrons peut-être nous adapter aux changements, mais veuillez vous renseigner lors de la réservation.

Taux mensuel du 1er décembre au 29 février: 1429 $ par mois. Le site peut afficher un prix un peu plus élevé, alors renseignez-vous avant de réserver.

30 mai-15 août: nous louons à la semaine (samedi-samedi). La semaine du 4 juillet partira le 5 juillet (dimanche) et pourra durer 7 ou 8 nuits. La semaine suivant le spectacle des anges bleus commencera le dimanche 12 juillet et durera peut-être 6 ou 7 nuits. S'il vous plaît renseigner avant de réserver. Le site ne peut permettre que 7 nuits

The reservation and check-in processes were very simple and perfectly executed. The property was beautiful and very reasonably priced. We found the pool to be spotless and well maintained along with the walkway to the beach. Communications with the host were timely and responses were quick and easy to follow. I highly recommend this property

Our family of 6 had a wonderful vacation staying at this condo. Fast and clear communication from the host. The condo was clean, well stocked, and we were so close to the beach, it was beautiful. Loved drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and our nightly beach walks at sunset. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

This place looked as listed. The view was so beautiful. The pool was by the beach, which was great. We could get out the pool and go directly to the beach. I would definitely recommend to book. Everything is in a good distance from the location, so didn't have to drive much. It's a very relaxing place to vacation for small families. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and contact when we needed something.

We absolutely could not have asked for a better place to spend our vacation! Bob and Steve made the check in and check out process very easy and their communication throughout our stay was great. The condo was absolutely spotless! We woke up to a view of the beach on the balcony every morning and the short 2 minute walk from the condo was amazing!! There was more than enough room for the two of us but that condo could comfortably fit 4 people! The condo had all of the amenities you could possibly need and anything you didn’t have you could find at the local convenience market across the street. We will most definitely come back to stay at Bob’s place when we return!

Having the beach located right outside the condo was amazing. Beautiful view of the ocean. The condo is located about 3 miles down from the main public beach area making the beach and condo quieter, which we enjoyed.

The condo has a great view of the Gulf from the open porch, and easy access to beach, pool, tennis.The floor plan is fine for a family.One bathroom is roomy and bright with a king bed.The other is tiny and windowless with a full bed flush to the wall on one side. The second bedroom has no shower and one has to go through the living area to access it, so not as good for two couples.

Thank you Raymond for your review. You are correct. Sometimes having only one shower and the guest bedroom being small, doesn't work so well for two couples. Any time that I see more than two adults requesting a reservation, I always remind them of our lay out prior to accepting the reservation. Had I been aware that there would be two couples staying other than the two of you that you booked, I would have definitely let you know also. The condo was beautiful; especially appreciated the keyless entry! Views were spectacular. We only wished the pool had been heated. Very few guests were brave enough to jump in. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

Great property. Great balcony!!! Condo was clean and had some extra little amenities that other condos don't like beach chairs and a umbrella to use. We only had two adults in our group so the rooms were perfect. Second bedroom more made for kids or single adult because it's a little small. Host communication was great and clear. And the condo property was in a good location!! Didn't use the pool so can't comment on it. Highly recommend staying here.
