Bienvenue dans ma maison loin de chez vous! Ce condo spacieux de deux chambres et deux salles de bains dispose de fenĂȘtres sur le cĂŽtĂ© qui laissent apparaĂźtre les vues IMPRESSIONNANT PANORAMIC OCEAN & PIER avec lumiĂšre NATURELLE! Les animaux bien Ă©levĂ©s et soignĂ©s sont les bienvenus (frais supplĂ©mentaires) et la dĂ©tente est obligatoire!

La chambre principale comprend une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, un lit queen et un balcon privé. La deuxiÚme chambre comprend deux lits jumeaux. La deuxiÚme salle de bain complÚte comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse pour la lessive. La cuisine complÚte comprend un bar qui peut accueillir quatre avec une table à manger adjacente pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. MAIS de la place pour s'asseoir, manger et RELAXER! Le salon comprend des siÚges pour six personnes et le divan se plie dans un lit queen. Le balcon OCEANFRONT est SPACIEUX avec une balançoire optionnelle pour 2 personnes et une double porte coulissante en verre à trois panneaux! Les balcons sont un endroit idéal pour regarder les gens sur la plage ou la jetée.

Le condo a 3 - 40 "HDTV SMART avec cùble. Le cùble du salon est accessible via une boßte traditionnelle et le cùble via l'application Roku - Spectrum dans chaque chambre. La maison a internet sans fil, WIFI GRATUIT. Le stationnement comprend 2 places. Apportez vos propres draps, draps et serviettes. Profitez du lever du soleil. Détendez-vous sur les deux porches. Profitez du soleil et du sable. Les chiens sont les bienvenus au nord de la jetée toute la journée, tous les jours. Au cours de la saison estivale, les chiens sont les bienvenus sur la plage devant le condo avant 9 h et aprÚs 17 heures.

Mon condo comprend un accÚs à deux piscines; Un situé directement à travers la rue derriÚre le Sun Ski Skipper et l'autre derriÚre le Sun Skipper jaune.

Le North End Carolina Beach Pier est situé à moins de deux pùtés de maisons et dispose du bar / pub High Tide Lounge. Situé au-dessus de la jetée, les amateurs de plage peuvent conduire leurs véhicules directement sur le sable et les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus. Pour plus d'informations, allez sur www. The condo was great - had anything you could need. The second story view was incredible with the water right up to the boulders that are part of the beach reclamation. We spent a lot of time on the deck just enjoying the view. Parking was tight. The only disappointment was the closest beach access that was open was 2 blocks away.

It was pet friendly and on the beach, which were the two main draws for us, but that was sort of where the positives ended. This place is just ok. It needs some major updating and cleaning. Paint is peeling and walls are scuffed/marked up everywhere. The mattress protectors have giant stains on them. There were plenty of dustbunnies/hairballs around the house. The sofa had tons of grime caked into its crevices. The balcony had carpet which reeked of urine. Kitchen cabinets were sticky and had food stuck to them. The master bedroom door has some sort of play-do caked to it. All this, and we had to bring our own EVERYTHING. This place was as bare bones as it gets. They don’t even provide you with a second trash bag or second roll of TP. Glad we had our own. I stay in plenty of STRs and this place was the least accommodating in terms of providing much of anything except salt and pepper. I was hoping for it to be such a nice stay and I was really disappointed, aside from the location.

Check-in was very easy and the condo was very clean when we arrived. Everything was as stated and very comfortable. We loved the balcony swing and view the most!! We appreciated the window AC unit in the living room as it kept the room more comfortable during the hottest part of the day.

Another great stay!

This is our third time staying in this condo and it was great, again. Proximity to the beach, pools, and pier makes it a great, walkable spot. Having meals out of the deck right in front of the ocean is wonderful. It had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen- except for measuring cups, but we were able to eyeball and make perfect pancakes on the stove. It was a great, relaxing week, and we will definitely be back! Tim was super responsive on all communication we had with him, he is excellent! We also noticed the fresh coat of paint on the decks and some other upgraded touches. We had three kids, a dog, and two adults and it was the right amount of cozy and comfortable. Truly a perfect week!

Close to beach and pools. Great ocean view from balcony. Clean, comfortable. The stairs were a bit of a trek, but i guess that is to be expected. Overall great experience. Tim answered our questions quickly and was great to work with!

Beautiful ocean side condo

Relaxing

Spent 5 nights with my wife and kids here to get away from the pressures of work, life, and school. Had a wonderful time, ate great food, drank good beer, hung out on the beach for hrs everyday, and relaxed.

Will Book Next Year

The property was just as described. The view was absolutely amazing. We have beautiful pictures from the balcony. My daughters loved they had a balcony off their room (the one with twin beds). They also loved they had access to a bathroom without leaving their room. There was PLENTY of room for our family of four, which included two teenage daughters, and our two dogs. This is the first place I’ve stayed where I had to bring my own linens; however, it worked out perfectly with no issues. We love the north end since dogs can go on the beach at any time beyond the pier. The host is PHENOMENAL! He is very responsive, quick to get back with you, friendly, and very accommodating. This is a trip we take every year as a family, and we WILL stay in another rental of this host simply because of his hospitality, accommodations, and friendliness. Thank you so much Tim!

Pleasurable stay

Very modern and clean. The ocean is right outside the of the balcony.Parking was a little tight but if you take your time and watch what you’re doing you shouldn’t have an issue.

Great view! Comfortable Condo!

The weather did not cooperate with our trip but we had a great time anyway. Balcony provides a great view of the ocean. House was clean and had everything we needed.

Satisfied Customer

This was the easiest trip I’ve ever planned as far as accommodations goes. We were well pleased with the reality verses the pictures of the condo. The owner was available at a moment’s notice, yet did not intrude on our experience at all. It felt like a home away from home since we were able to bring our dog. We Will certainly hope to stay at this location again.
