The 180 degree beautiful views of the beach and ocean from your private balcony is the perfect place to start and end your day.

The space
Sip your morning coffee (or mimosa!) on your private balcony while soaking in the beautiful blue Atlantic views. This cozy oceanfront villa includes a bright and airy comfortable living room with a pull out couch and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room TV has cable and a Roku (please bring your login info if you intend to use any apps) , and the unit has free Wi-Fi. The Bedroom features a queen bed, 2 night stands and a closet for ample storage space. Two built in bunk beds provide a perfect sleeping spot for children or additional storage.

The 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located within Seaside Villas, a private, gated oceanfront community with direct access to the beach. There are 2 onsite community pool areas (open Apr. 1-Sept. 30), grilling area, limited covered parking but large open parking lot and bike racks. Elevators are located in both buildings and coin-operated laundry rooms are found on each floor.

The unit has a box fan and a tower fan for those that need one to sleep or like the air moving, along with a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room. Front door Ring Camera for security purposes only.

There is no smoking inside nor on the balcony ( A fine will be enforced) and there are no pets allowed in the condo due to allergies ($500 per day fine with no exceptions). Seaside Villas is a pet free complex.
