All units have sealed windows, with AC and a fan for ventilation. There is no heating system, as itâs too rarely cold in Miami.
The unit is cleaned and disinfected per CDC guidelines by professionals, before and after each guest.

The Resort is shared between a hotel and private units like ours. Booking with us is the best value, plus access to convenient hotel amenities:

* Luggage storage
* 2nd floor solarium with lounge chairs

- Denied underaged and 3rd party guests will not be issued a refund.
- All units have sealed windows, with AC and a fan for ventilation. There is no heating system, as itâs too rarely cold in Miami.
- Housekeeping offers optional extra cleanings for $69.
- Each guest is issued one set of towels, but they also offer extra towel service for fee. Please inquire directly with the front desk. Beware that missing or stained linen could be charged to your card for replacement value.
- Smoking, vaping, incense or candles are strictly forbidden.
- Units have a microwave but no stove top.
- Breakfast or extra coffee is not included.
- Beware that South Beach is generally noisy. If you have an unfortunate case of a noisy neighbor, please reach out to us or the front desk.
- Make sure not to park your car in a residential zone, the city quickly tows away unpermitted cars.
- A local manager is on call 24/7 for emergencies.
