Recently Updated Vintage Island Beach Front home has 4 sleeping rooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy the charm of yesterday in this great family beach house located between Palm and Magnolia Avenues. Excellent Gulf views, steps to beautiful, white sandy beaches. Centrally located in the City of Anna Maria walking distance to many great Restaurants and Shops.  This home includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, several flat screen TV's, outside shower.  There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor each with a Queen size bed. There is a bathroom with tub/shower combo on the ground level as well.   Upstairs in the loft that faces the beach (3rd bedroom) there is a King Bed and 2 twin beds. The 4th bedroom located upstairs has 2 Twin beds. The 2nd bathroom is located upstairs and has a shower.

Non-Smoking Unit.      Wi-Fi and free long-distance calling in the U.S.

PET POLICY INFORMATION

There is a minimum $150 taxable pet fee per dog.
All pets require approval after booking. Non-aggressive breeds only.
*Be sure to indicate you have a pet, where you enter the number of guests.*

If approved, the fee will be added, and we'll confirm the new total with you before charging your card.

Finally, a quick reminder of our pet rules:
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
- The yard must be kept clean of waste.
- Excessive hair must be cleaned up prior to departure.

Please note: The City of Anna Maria rental regulations state that rental homes can only have a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, well appointed and exceeded our expectations. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning and look out the windows to see the beach and the Gulf. The property is well located on a quiet street and we were able to walk to several nearby shops and restaurants. We plan on returning again next year.

Overall, a great time. Close to the beach, comfortable and adequate furniture, good kitchen. However safety issues need to be addressed (lack of stair rail and emergency lights). Host assured us these were being taken care of. Think you for a fun vacation.

The view was outstanding .Check in was easy enough.the home is small but roomy enough.the upstairs needs renovation but it was clean.Nice well stocked kitchen.The beach was absolutely gorgeous and the home is within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. I think the home is a bit pricey with all the fees too but we loved the location.we had a great time and will be back.

The place was pretty, it was a perfect location near the beach. However, the outside showers have 2 wasp nests by them (including under the stairs to the apartment) and we were unable to use them due to the agressiveness of the insects. The second floor of the house was outdated and the twins beds were built incorrectly. The garage also carried a moldy smell and through out the house there was clearly dirty areas. Overall, the backyard has peaceful ambiance (besides the nests) with nice seating, the AC was perfectly refreshing, and the views to the beach were immaculate.

It was an amazing stay the location is right on the beach the price was good for where it’s located. I do wish/knew the main floor bathroom was wheel chair accessible, you had to go through the bedroom for the wheel chair (my husband is an amputee of both legs and uses a chair at night time) with that is mind it was even good for him. Minus the bathroom but after we figured that out it was good we just had to move the bed a smig. It was a great stay everything you need is there.

Everything about this place was great. Right across from the beach with a beautiful sunset that shine in through the windows. The location to shops and restaurants within walking distance was top notch. And let me just tell you about how comfortable the beds are, we all slept great! Definitely enough room for everyone to gather around in the kitchen in the living room and the back patio set. We had a fabulous vacation and can’t wait to do it again.

Best location in town!

Here you will find everything you need for a perfect family vacation. The location right across the beach is what we liked the most. The house has everything you need, several beds and the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare your meals. Beautiful place with gorgeous views

This is an awesome house. A blend of remodeled with modern amenities and old Florida style, especially in the upper level. Beds were comfy. The views from the large windows in the upstairs bedroom and the downstairs living room are amazing! Walk out your door and across a tiny, sparsely trafficked street, and you are on the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Family Thanksgiving vacation

We all drove down to spend the week at the beach. It was the perfect beach house. 30 step and you are on the beach. The island has so many cute shops and great restaurants. You can walk to most of them. Best family vacation ever, we will be back. Everyone absolutely loved it.

Perfect location

This was our 4th visit to Anna Maria Island in the past 6 years and we always stay on this street. To me, it is simply the best place to be. This was our first time renting this house and I have to say I absolutely loved it. The old cottage charm is just what we are looking for when visiting the island. You are in walking distance to many great restaurants and shops, and of course most importantly you can take in the beautiful views of the Gulf every hour of the day. We loved it. I would definitely recommend a stay.

Christmas on the Beach

We had a beautiful week stay with our family at this cute and well provisioned house. Our adult kids stayed in the house, and my husband and I stayed in the little apt. above the garage. We spent Christmas Eve on the beach, had many great family walks and meals in the kitchen. It was easy to walk to town, but still felt pretty private.
