This contemporary townhome is artfully designed and thoughtfully appointed to make for a splendid stay. It features a crisp, cool design with unique furnishings and colorful artwork. You will love the chefâs kitchen, alluring bedrooms and the rooftop terrace with views of the Rocky Mountains from the private hot tub. Take in the sweeping views and enjoy the quiet atmosphere of our neighborhood or head downtown to discover the remarkable tastes of Fort Collins.
Enjoy a fun-filled day touring local breweries, relaxing and floating down the Poudre River or shopping in Old Town. Then grab some local farm-raised beef, fresh zucchini, or wild mushrooms at the Old Town farmers market and spark up the gas grill for a fresh home-cooked meal. Or pour yourself a glass of wine and head upstairs for gorgeous sunset views and a relaxing soak in the private hot tub. You will love this home!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Partially-covered rooftop deck with an outdoor dining table, fireplace and private hot tub with views of the Foothills; main level patio with an outdoor dining table and BBQ grill
INDOOR LIVING: 55" Smart TV in living room, TVs in both second-floor bedrooms, dining table with seating for 6, bar top seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans, and a media room with a record player
KITCHEN: Fully equipped chefâs kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, kitchen island, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There is a half bathroom on the main level and en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/ironing board, cleaning essentials.
PARKING: One-car garage and one dedicated space. Additional street parking!
LOCATION: This townhome is located in Old Town North and is a great place to call âhomeâ while visiting the area. It is near Historic Old Town â where you can find restaurants, specialty shops, live music venues, and some of the largest and best microbreweries in the country. It is also just steps from the Poudre River Trail which connects to a network of trails spanning across all of Fort Collins and the surrounding area. Not to mention - weâre only one hour from Denver, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park!
