Welcome to the Wellington One, where you'll have all the space of a condo and all the conveniences of a hotel in one excellent downtown location! This 9th Street condo is wholly updated just steps from The Boardwalk. It includes high-end tile flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a handsome dining table with seating in the full kitchen. You'll also have complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer to keep everyone's laundry clean during your stay. While this home does not have central air-conditioning, it is equipped with split-system air-conditioning.

Enjoy Ocean City the way it is meant to be experienced, on the boards and in the sun, with everything OC offers right at your fingertips!

Stairs are required to access this home.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place. Close to the beach

This place is great. It is just off the boardwalk and walking distance to several food places and shops. It had a washing and dryer which is great with kids. It is quiet location too and didn’t hear the neighbors. Also had guaranteed parking which is great as well.

Very Basic, No Frills, Slow Customer Service

Great location half a block from the boardwalk, over a liquor store. Very basic, minimally furnished. The apartment is on the second floor but there are people above, and you can hear footsteps overhead. Mostly our stay was pleasant. One night there were people yelling in the parking lot for several hours until about 2 AM, but that is what you get so close to the boardwalk and bars. Very slow customer service. Asked about extra blankets and got a response four days later, after we had checked out.

Great location near the beach.

It was a great place near the beach. Walking distance was less than 5 min. Which was a great plus for trip. The rooms had several flies and ant for being on the second floor. Other than that its was a great beach house. Would stay again now that i know what to expect.

Awesome great place to stay

Location to the beach is super close. Literally a min. The property is super clean and as advertised. The Vacasa company is very receptive to issues. We needed more linen and some showed up quick. The place was clean if not spotless. We were very impressed and will stay again and use Vacasa. We had awesome vacation. Thank you!

Un-necessary closure of the swimming pool(s) ruined the fun for our family kids (and adults)

The reason given for the pool closure was B.S. (use your imagination for what "B.S." stands for). My daughter & her children live in a very fine Apartment Complex near Durham (N.C.). The complex has an incredibly fine Olympic-size swimming-pool; 2 large ' curving slides' ; multiple dressing rooms' showers and an up-scale 'snack-bar for sandwiches & beverages. The Complex Management allowed complete swimming rights for all residents; with each family signing-up for two hours each--all day--with an hour in-between each 2 hour swim to 'sanitize and clean the bathrooms / tables / chairs & slides...with No Expense to the myriad of families using the pool, PERIOD !!!,,,,and there you sit down on your ass declaring "your two small swimming pools are "closed" ...just AFTER we "checked-In"....NEWS-FLASH!!!...You could have had each of the two swimming pools; chairs & tables; and ladies / men's rooms sanitized on a 'scheduled basis' during the day for a very small amount of money... Obviously, you are 'penny-wise' and 'pound-foolish' ; and 'minor-league' management...PS: Yes...I'm the individual that has come to Point-Emerald Villas every summer since 1989... Hopefully, You'll "get your act together" before I return in September... Chuck Snyder

Location is outstanding especially if you are a family with kids or teenagers. It is a very comfortable place for a family of 4 even though it could accommodate 6 This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The inside looked exactly as it was in the pictures. Clean and very bright. All new appliances

The building itself is old. It’s not central heating and cooling . When some appliances are used at the same time, electrical power keeps tripping. The portable ac in the living room was “clogged “ with water backing up as per maintenance and we woke up one morning with puddles of water all over the floor. Vantage will not guarantee housekeeping arrival and instead offered midweek cleaning to be paid by us as extra. We had to use our towels to avoid slipping. The dishwasher smelled when we first arrived and found pool of dirty water in the bottom. It was also clogged and fixed right away. Other than that, the unit was perfect. Location was perfect . Very accessible and close to the beach.
