Cozy studio poolhouse behind our home. Located in Woodruff, SC, we have staged the relaxing atmosphere of Key West, FL with beautiful flowers, tropical plants, and an inviting pool. Private guest entrance, parking, and patio. The queen-size bed has a plush pillow-top. There is a small full bath (which includes a shower but no tub) and a small full kitchen with a sink, dorm-sized stove/oven, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, dorm-size (3/4 sized) refrigerator/freezer, bar seating, and dining area. There is also a stack-pack washer/dryer in the unit (cold water-only washing machine). Living room area with sofa, love seat, and large screen television. Guests are welcome to use the pool, of course! Great location - centrally located between Greenville, Spartanburg, Simpsonville, Greer, and Laurens. Our quaint town of Woodruff is just moments away where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, pubs with live music, and miscellaneous shopping.

You will enjoy private parking and a private entrance. There is a private outdoor patio located directly behind the poolhouse which is solely for your use. You will also have access to our swimming pool during the warmer months.
